    dont butter right away save that until the end cause the butter will burn

    Imma start off with a little olive oil, then add butter to baste and finish.😋😋😋

      Close but no. Olive oil has a low smoking point like butter and will burn you want to use a neutral oil like vegetable or Canola. Crank that burner up on high and sear the shit out of that steak and then add your butter at the end

    how hot is that pan cause ur butter isn't burning......i thought steaks were supposed to cook at high heat. just would've liked to know the temp (med, med high, high)

    Avocado oil first for the sear. Then add the other stuff so it won't burn at lower heat to finish. Silly goose

    Not doing it right. You have to seat your steak on both sides before you add butter, garlic etc. also you add salt only to push most of it off????😮

    5 mins both sides is over cooked. Add butter after first turn. 2 mins each side then 20 sec on edges then rest ; it’s cook the rest 😴
