Hey! So I've been trying to bulk recently. The problem is I'm struggling to increase calories. Do you have any advice for bloating and feeling overly full while bulking? Thanks!
General tips without knowing what and when you currently eat. 1. First calculate your maintenance calories using tdeecalculator.net or similar calculator. Then add 100 calories a week until you get to the surplus you want to be. 2. If you eat 2-3 large meals, break those meals up into 5-7 smaller meals, so you’re not overstuffing yourself all at once. 3. Drink more water. Increased calories could mean increased sodium, so you also need to increase water to balance this out, to help with bloating. 4. Digestive enzymes 5. Decrease dairy if you consume any at all
@@latenightswithcat thank you! Recently I've felt full consistently. I'm going to try going back to my normal daily calories and increasing by 100 per week as you suggested.
