Start off with three times a day. As you get used to it, do it as you go for a walk or something. And do it before every meal or coffee. This Breathing exercise makes taste much better!!!

Hi, could you pls look into demon slayers total concentration breathing technique (yes the anime) and confirm if that kind of breathing techniques exist? If it does exist where can i learn it or is it this technique itself?

Thank you very much for the comment.
Demon Slayer is super popular among anime fans right now!
I don't watch this anime (I am too old for it!)
I have checked some of the breathing techniques of Demon Slayer.
Well, they are anime, aren't they?
      The work of fantasy.
But you can NOT underestimate the power of breathing.
      Check out real Kundalini Yoga.
They train some supernatural elements to awaken for real!

Sir I have a question. What is real meaning of "HARA" In Japan.I read some article which describe HARA as a energy field of our body located in navel and some tell that it is nothing only belly

      Hi.
The word “Hara” is used in two different ways in Japan.
In the world of martial-arts, “Hara' means “Tanden”.
In the world of daily life for the most of the ordinally citizens in Japan, “Hara” means nothing but belly.
      Hope it answers your question.

Sir, can this be done involuntarily or unconsciously, after some practice?

You will be mild version of Tanden Breathing unconsciously after some practice. But you have to CONSIOUSLY activate Tanden when you need to bring your physical and psychological state in place.

Good sleep is the essential source of energy. Ideally, 8 hours sleep is great. But I guess we are all too busy to get it.
