I just want to add... Papain. There are supplements that contain bromelain and papain on the market the do a good job if taken properly and continuously.
As someone with eye floaters for over 20 years, I can say with authority that NONE of these methods work. Everything mentioned in this video does absolutely NOTHING to diminish floaters. The ONLY way to rid get of them is by surgical vitrectomy, but there is notable risk with that procedure.
Thank you for sharing your experience! Drinking enough water is important for overall health, including eye health, and it's great to hear that it helped alleviate your floaters. It's also important to note that other factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, and underlying health conditions can contribute to floaters as well.
@@NaturalHealthResources drink over two litres of water daily, on meds that cause dry skin ,dry nails and scalp, I deal with floaters daily and have done so since I was forty. My Dr. Recommended eye drops for dry eyes and it is very helpful, it is worth looking at other options as well.Thank you for all your informative videos.
Have floaters for 2 years now, tried everything they say on the internet would help, costed me a lot of money, nothing worked for me! Just eat healthy, drink enough water, get enough sleep, and try not to focus on your floaters too much. I had a LOT of anxiety the first months, but my eyes were checked and the doctor says they are allright. I tried meditation, that really helped me. Outside i wear sunglasses. I also use eyedrops for dry eyes. To my opinion, thats all you can do. They are very annoying, especially when you first notice them. Take care everyone 👊
Thank you, Libby Strong, for sharing your experience with floaters. It can be frustrating and costly to try various remedies without finding relief. Your advice to focus on overall health, including a healthy diet, hydration, sleep, and managing anxiety, is valuable. It's great to hear that meditation has been helpful for you, and wearing sunglasses and using eyedrops for dry eyes can also provide some comfort. Your words of encouragement and understanding will surely resonate with others who are dealing with floaters. Take care and stay strong! 👊
There's your problem there! "You wear sunglasses outside" . Floaters is a Vitamin D deficiency, not enough natural sunlight nourishing your eyes, you block that by wearing sunshades.
Maybe this will work for you. I've had eye floaters since I was 13 years old. I quite unexpectedly discovered that by severely limiting the amount of gluten I eat, my eye floaters have started to disappear and fade. By the way, I changed nothing else in my diet. I believe that within the next few months they will all be gone. Give it a try, it might just work for you too. Plus, it's cheap because there is nothing to buy. If you want to read more about how it worked for me, see my other post on this same video. - Richie
I noticed these in my early childhood, and my parents didn't understand what I am talking about.. My health was not great during that time as I didn't eat meat or vegetables or fruits very often. But after having children it deteriorated more, than I started researching and changed my diet . Now when I am deficient in nutrients they appear again. One new thing I learn they appear because of stress, yes It's true because I was on autistic spectrum, every new situation in my life bring stress, parents were not aware of this term in late 70's . I lead all my life worrying, coping with difficult situation on my own facing not only criticism from my parents but relatives as well. Thanks 🙏 for the video, as now I know the reason.
Thank you for your comment, I'm glad to hear that the video was helpful for you in understanding the cause of your condition. It's great that you were able to make dietary changes to improve your health. It's important to ensure that you're getting enough nutrients to prevent the condition from reoccurring. Rule out dirty gene's, in particular MTHFR. Keep hydrating and eating clean! Avoid ALL processed foods. The book Dirty Genes by Ben lynch is helpful. So is searching The Dirty Super 7 genes, to see what resonates. Blessings to you on your healing journey. Unchecked, this can easily develop into autoimmune Hashimoto's.
Same here noticed them in childhood. My ophthalmic asked me about them in my teens (mid 1980's)and gave an explanation about them, Over the decades they haven't got any worse and I find them most noticeable on high UV days, it's something I've learned to live with and never bothers me . God bless you and keep well.
I've had eye floaters since I was 13 years old. A few years ago, I read that gluten, a protein found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye can cause inflammation. So three months ago, I decided to cut back on the amount of gluten I was eating by over 98%. Five weeks after I cut back, I was looking up at the ceiling in my bedroom and watched as one of my floaters uncoiled itself and fell apart. It took about a minute. And then three weeks later, it happened again as I was cleaning my deep freezer. And just in case you're wondering, I changed nothing else in my diet. Since then, my remaining eye floaters have faded considerably. And I believe that within the next few months they will be gone. Give it a try, it might just work for you too. Plus, it's cheap because there is nothing to buy. An Interesting Side Effect of Having Gone Low Gluten. Though I have no allergies, for years I would keep a bottle of nasal spray near my bed to deal with chronic nighttime stuffiness. I was fine during the day, but as soon as I would lay down to sleep, I would get a stuffy nose. However, since I went low gluten, my stuffy nighttime nose has disappeared. I haven't used my nasal spray in months. I hope the above information helps someone else. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but it has for me. Take care, - Richie P.S. - What gluten do I eat? Sorry, but I just have to have buns on my hamburgers. 🤠
Thanks for sharing your experience, Richie! That's really interesting to hear about your eye floaters and the changes you've noticed from cutting back on gluten. Take care and enjoy those burger buns! 😊
@@NaturalHealthResources One other thing I have noticed is that the cataracts that had been forming in eyes seemed to have also faded. Not as dramatically as my floaters, but for me the change has been noticeable. I'll find out for certain when I have my next eye examination in a few months. By the way, late last year my ophthalmologist told me he could remove the floaters by doing a vitrectomy. After he told me what that was, I said no thanks, I'll look for an alternative. The idea of removing the fluid/gel from my eyes and replacing it with either silicone or saline water seemed like overkill to me. 😱
THANK YOU. I am gluten intolerant and after cataract surgery got two big floaters, and since I started using Bromelain supplements, within five days thereafter, I noticed that they are fading. I will entirely go back to gluten-free as I cheat from time to time.
@@lizb3799 You're welcome. Going low-gluten also seems to have helped fade my cataracts. They don't seem as prominent as they once were. Though to be honest, my doctor said he couldn't see any difference from last year. However, I do. My cataracts aren't severe. So, there is a chance I may never need to have them taken out. Best of luck to you. - Richie

My 12yr old son just told me a few days ago he now has floaters! I was shocked! I was told it was age related!! I'll be working on both of our floaters, and overall health with Natural health approach. GOD Bless
Hi April Dawn! Thank you for sharing your experience. Floaters can indeed be concerning, especially when they occur at a young age. While they are commonly associated with age, they can also occur due to other factors. Taking a natural health approach is a great step towards improving overall health, including addressing floaters. If you have any specific questions or need guidance on natural remedies or lifestyle changes, feel free to ask. We're here to support you and your son on your wellness journey. Wishing you both the best of health!
I used to have eye floaters, but I used USP castor oil on my face because it clears my skin well. I eventually ended up using a few drops on my eyelashes and eyebrows ( not putting it directly in my eyes, just rubbing my eye lash portion with a small drop before bed). I have noticed a great difference in their fullness. I also noticed I reduced the eye floaters I had down to none. I have been using castor oil 2-3 times a week, and sometimes I skip a week. I've used it for over a couple of years now. I used to have about 4 or 5 floaters in my eye. Now I have none.
Thank you for sharing your experience with using castor oil! It's fascinating to hear how it has not only improved the fullness of your eyelashes and eyebrows but also seemed to reduce your eye floaters. While individual responses to such remedies can vary, your story is valuable for those looking for natural ways to address these concerns. Just a reminder to everyone reading this: When applying any substance near the eyes, it's crucial to exercise caution and avoid direct contact with the eyes themselves. The fact that you've had a positive experience doesn't guarantee the same results for everyone
I normally google it, and make sure the castor oil that I purchase is an organic USP castor oil that is hexane free, and in a dark colored glass bottle. I prefer one with a dropper included. *Just make sure you aren't allergic to castor oil before trying this*
I had many floaters for years and was told by eye doctors they were common, harmless and untreatable. While watching your video, I realized that since cutting down cigarettes (approx. 90% smoke free now) and cutting out coffee and decaf coffee completely, I haven't had floaters hardly at all. Really thinking about it, I recall having one very vague one for a few minutes I believe last week or the week before. I'm both surprised and impressed. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Laurel Curley! It's amazing to hear how making changes in your lifestyle, such as cutting down on cigarettes and eliminating coffee, has had a positive impact on your floaters. It's always interesting to discover how certain habits or substances can affect our health. I'm glad to hear that you've noticed a significant reduction in floaters as a result. Keep up the good work, and if you have any further questions or need any more information, feel free to reach out. Thank you for watching and taking the time to share your feedback!
@@miggyluv Yeah, but a lot of what we think we see is our brain interpreting the chemical signals from the optic nerve. We can choose to not focus on chasing them all the time and that definitely helps, just like we don't see our nose because of how the brain ignores certain elements from our vision. What we really see is not the reality, but our brain's best guess.
I am dealing with a large floater in my left eye that is making it really hard to work. (I’m an accountant). This video came at the perfect time when I was loosing hope! Thank you so much!!
Oh yes that can be very frustrating. Some things to be mindful of: blue light exposure form the computer. Eye strain as well as not blinking enough when you are crunching those numbers. These also can be a factor for eye stress.
If the floater is really interfering with your vision, you can ask your doctor about laser treatment. They can use a yag laser to vaporize floaters permanently

I've been fighting with these eye floaters for so long. My doctor never even suggested any of this. Thank you so much! I'm going to cut coffee out of my diet completely and drink pineapple juice more. I did actually notice that eating pineapple does help them go away. This is great! Thanks again.
You're welcome! I'm glad to hear that you found the information helpful. Thanks for tips, be sure to get an examination asap so Dr. can check retina especially if peripheral flashes start to occur. The detachment of the vitreous if that causes retina detachment too, can cause blindness.

Hi Maria, I understand that dealing with floaters can be distressing and affect your well-being. While it's important to consult with an eye doctor for a professional evaluation, I also recommend considering a holistic approach to support your eye health. In addition to taking supplements, you may explore other lifestyle modifications, such as maintaining a healthy diet, staying hydrated, getting regular exercise, and managing stress levels. It's essential to prioritize self-care and seek emotional support to address feelings of depression and anxiety. In terms of managing floaters, certain lifestyle modifications may help alleviate their impact., reducing stress levels, limiting caffeine consumption, and taking regular breaks from prolonged computer use can potentially have a positive effect on your overall eye health. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet that includes nutrient-rich foods like bone broth, which contains collagen and other beneficial compounds, may support eye health and potentially provide some relief

I've read the majority of bromelain in pineapple is in the core of the pineapple. If this is true, supplementation would really help. I don't eat the core of pineapple. 😊
Thank you for sharing that information! While it is true that the core of pineapple contains a higher concentration of bromelain, there is still some bromelain in the flesh of the fruit. It is incredibly easy to grind the pineapple 🍍 core up in a good blender ( with some water of course .... EXPERIMENT ‼️) If you just throw it away you are wasting a good part of a valued food.Try not to cook it , as it destroys valuable enzymes...It can be added to all kinds of things , as it really doesn't taste bad & is so good for you ...I did this for my late father who lived to be 93.
I would be interested to hear your thoughts on some floaters being parasites. Many people report that floaters go away when using I ver Mec tin.. We deworm our mammal pets however we do not deworm the human mammal.

If one gets rid of eye floaters, will they be more successful at undoing cataracts? I have floaters in both eyes. My left eye is really crisp, clear vision. My right eye has some cataracts that is causing a blurring of my vision in that eye. My eye doc says to get surgery before it gets worse. I believe if I got the cataracts, I can undo it as well. Have you ever heard of NAC helping eliminate eye floaters? I ask because when I started taking NAC, for the purpose of trying to combat long term fatigue that failed to resolve with other treatments over the years.. Within the first month, I woke up and my eye floaters were almost completely gone! There is just one little spot that remains, and I have to resort to looking at a blank wall just to see that it's still there.. I remember watching a video about bromelain and eye floaters, but due to digestive issues created by a bad stomach surgery, I knew that I wouldn't be able to consume fresh pineapple 3x a day for months, as that video advised.. But I remember it referencing the way bromelain breaks down certain proteins involved with eye floaters.. Then, in a video about NAC, I noticed a discussion in comments about NAC breaking down certain proteins.. All I know for sure, is that within the first month of taking NAC, my eye floaters almost completely disappeared..

Some vegan collagen-boosting foods and supplements include foods rich in vitamin C (such as citrus fruits, strawberries, and bell peppers), plant-based protein sources (like legumes, tofu, and tempeh), foods high in zinc (such as pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds), and supplements like silica, which can be derived from plants like horsetail.
You're welcome! I'm glad you found the video helpful. Thank you for the suggestion, I will definitely consider making a video on how to treat dry eyes in the future.
Hello, thank you very much for the video. Regarding a bromelain supplement, what quantity would you recommend to take daily? Also, regarding caffeine, should I also stop drinking tea?
You're welcome! I'm glad you found the video informative. For bromelain supplements, it's generally recommended to follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label. However, a common dosage range is around 500 to 1000 mg per day, taken in divided doses with meals.
I had a spontaneous vitreous hemorrhage in one eye in 2021, followed by one in the other eye in early 2023. Both healed but left me with floaters. I continue to get checked by retinal dr and no changevto floaters. Recently I tried using castor oil on eyelids at night to see if it would help. After 3 weeks, I had my regular checkuo and dr said floaters gone in one eye and very small in other. I told him about the castor oil and he said "castor oil doesn't help floaters, but can help dry eye". Ironic that they never changed before. And he was right, my eyes were less dry and less itchy. I'll continue to use.
Hey Kris! Wow, that’s quite a journey with your eyes! I’m really glad to hear you’ve seen improvement in your floaters and that the castor oil is helping with dryness and itchiness. It’s interesting how sometimes treatments can have unexpected benefits! Keeping up with your check-ups is so important. If you notice any other changes, definitely keep your doctor in the loop. Thanks for sharing your experience-it's really helpful for others in a similar situation!
Thank you very much for this informative video. Regarding a bromelain supplement, what quantity a day do you recommend to take? Also, regarding caffeine, do l completely need to cut out all caffeine products, i.e., tea?
You're welcome! I'm glad you found the video informative. For bromelain supplements, it's generally recommended to follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label. However, a common dosage range is around 500 to 1000 mg per day, taken in divided doses with meals. As for caffeine, the impact can vary from person to person. If you're looking to reduce histamine levels, it might be beneficial to limit caffeine intake, including tea. Herbal teas or caffeine-free options could be a better choice. Remember, it's always a good idea to listen to your body and make adjustments that work best for you.
Thank you Melissa. Coffee is part of our Latin DNA, I basically drink one cup a day (rarely two), but I will look into your other recommendations. Peace in Christ! 🧑🏻JB
You're welcome, John! It's great that you're open to exploring other options despite your love for coffee. Remember, moderation is key, and everyone's body responds differently to various substances. @nanlebou8576 Our eyes need Vit. A (meat, especially in liver). Beta-Carotene in plants (especially carrots) can be converted in Vit. A in our bodies, but vanishingly small.
My eyes are large and I have lattice degeneration. My floaters are those little pieces of retina. Hydration may help but unsure if the others mentioned would.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While hydration can be helpful for maintaining eye health, it may not necessarily address lattice degeneration or floaters caused by retinal pieces.

Thanks for this video, I've had 2 or 3 floaters for years, my opthalmologist told me I'll just get used to it after sometime, now while watching this video I tried to look for them, it's almost gone, it used to be very black now I can hardly find it. I follow a WFPB diet but mostly green smoothies of a lb of kale and fruits like bananas, an apple, strawberries, pineapple including the core, oranges, grapes. Sometimes I add amla powder too in my smoothies. It's the best thing that I did, it resolved a lot of my diseases.
the thing I learned about bromelain, is that it's only from fresh pineapples and not canned. Sinec the bromelain is within the pineapple core, and not the parts ppl usually consume. In that sense it is better to take bomelain supplements. I used to ask my wife to save the fresh pineapple core so I can add to my smoothies. Tho since I am also type 2 diabetic, I had to cut back a lot of fresh pineapple consumption.
That's an interesting insight, Marc! You're correct that bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapples, is predominantly concentrated in the core rather than the parts we typically consume. Taking bromelain supplements can be a convenient way to ensure consistent intake. It's understandable that, as a type 2 diabetic, you had to limit your fresh pineapple consumption due to its natural sugar content. Moderation and managing your dietary needs are key. Thank you for sharing your experience!
My eye floaters are a cloud which creates a haze over my vision and sometimes completely blocks what I’m reading. Will your method help these cloud floaters? I’m in process of scheduling a vitrectomy and would much prefer a natural way. Thank you!
I understand how frustrating that can be! While natural methods might help some people with eye floaters, they often don’t completely eliminate them, especially if they’re more severe. My approach may provide some relief or support for overall eye health, but it's important to discuss your specific situation with an eye care professional. If you're considering vitrectomy, they can give you the best advice on whether it’s necessary. If you have any specific methods you want to know more about, feel free to ask!
I'm going to tell you a story that a woman of color told me years ago. I am 70 now and have used this for many years to have a clear vision. I have a small spray bottle 1oz that I keep apple cider vinegar in, twice a week I spray two little pumps in a cup and fill the cup with warm water I then pour the mixture into a shot glass and use it as an eye wash. Two years ago for some reason, I woke up with floaters in my left eye followed that night by a light or a teardrop drip of light in the same eye scary for sure. I used the apple cider vinegar every day for a week each day my eye got better at the end of the week no more floaters or light drops in my eye. There is a history of floaters in my family along with the shots in the eye and prism eye glass's as of now my eyes are so good. I do use glasses driving or reading small print but other than that my eyes are really good so far I don't use them for TV or just walking around working in the yard and such.
Interesting. I was thinking about ACV yesterday and lemon, too. Since they are acidic. I wondered if they dissolve or neutralize floaters. Upon reading this, I'm encouraged to try it. I have been researching adding a drop of castor oil into eye as well. Thanks for the ACV information.

Thank you for subscribing, Hathafun! I'm glad you found the video informative. While I can't provide specific medical advice, I can offer some general suggestions for managing hiatal hernia naturally. Lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding large meals and tight clothing, elevating the head of your bed, and practicing good posture can help reduce symptoms. Additionally, incorporating stress-reducing techniques, like deep breathing exercises and meditation, may be beneficial.

My floaters are tiny black lines, they used to be translucent and round. But it took years for them to turn into tiny little dark lines. Do you think some of these supplements would help?
Hello! Yes, the supplements I mentioned in the video can definitely help with floaters, including tiny black lines. They contain nutrients that can improve eye health and support the vitreous humor, which is the clear gel-like substance in the eye where floaters form. I just want to add... Papain. There are supplements that contain bromelain and papain on the market the do a good job if taken properly and continuously.

Take care, - Richie
I’ve been finding for a solution for it. I am going to implement the things you suggested like eating pineapple and amla regularly.. and add collagen too! Thank you! I hope it works ❤
Hi @bohocalligraphy! I'm glad you found the suggestions helpful. Dealing with eye floaters can be unsettling, but it's great that you're taking proactive steps. Remember that eye floaters are quite common and are often harmless.
Eating foods like pineapple and amla that are rich in vitamins and antioxidants can be beneficial for your overall eye health. Collagen may also contribute to maintaining the health of your eye's vitreous humor. Keep in mind that results might vary from person to person

Wow! Thank you so much! I have had floaters since my 20’s and I’m 50 now. Recently I started having what looks like flashes of lightning in my peripheral vision. The ophthalmologist says it happens as you age. 😑 except for the amla I have everything else you mentioned. Again thank you so much
Yes time to get on that anti inflammatory focus and the collagen will be helpful.
I get flashes that start in my peripheral vision and work their way to center, then go away. I was told it's an occular migraine. I typically get a mild headache that follows. I noticed it's induced by caffeine.

I had tons of floaters since I was 33 now 53.They very rarely bothered me in the past but two years ago I suffered a concussion and they multiplied ,now it's hard to ignore them.I'm taking a lot of supplements although the eye doctor wasn't impressed at all with all my struggle,he told me to forget about them ,easier said than done😢😢 I'm very depressed and anxious about my eyes.
Regular eye examinations are crucial for monitoring your eye health, especially with higher levels of myopia.

Hey @dianewilson7624, thank you for sharing your experience! I totally understand how frustrating and scary these changes can be. The supplements might still help, even with the changes you're noticing. Collagen production can decrease with age, but supporting your body with the right nutrients might still make a difference. @solitarymacaroni, I'm glad to hear that the information provided has given you some hope and reassurance. While floaters can be bothersome, it's important to remember that most floaters are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you notice a sudden increase in the number or size of floaters, or experience flashes of light or changes in your vision, it's crucial to seek professional medical advice to rule out any underlying issues.

If you don't enjoy eating the core, you could also consider taking a bromelain supplement to help boost your intake.

Thanks for your information!
@TNungesser Eye floaters and cataracts are separate conditions with different causes and treatments. Removing eye floaters does not directly impact cataracts. If your eye doctor recommends cataract surgery for your blurred vision, it's important to consider their advice and consult with them for the best treatment options.
That's fascinating! It's possible that NAC's role in breaking down certain proteins could have contributed to the reduction in your eye floaters. It's always important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and to discuss any changes in your symptoms. Thank you for sharing your story!
How much do you take?
@@cammieklund 600mg 2x daily on an empty stomach. It's important to take it on an empty stomach. Other proteins will overwhelm it and you won't get the benefit. 😊

Do you see the HOLE in the pineapple slice when she shows the pineapple drink? That HOLE is where the bromelain is concentrated in pineapple. And there is a good reason it's gone... it doesn't have a good taste. That's why people are saying pineapple doesn't work for floaters. So if you want results from pineapple, either eat the CORE of the pineapple or buy bromelain/papain supplements.

@@paulojrg yes, that is a very serious warning.
A sudden onset of floaters can sometimes indicate a torn retina. If you experience this, it is important to seek immediate medical attention to rule out any serious underlying conditions.

Thank you for make this video!! Going to try all the info you mention. ❤
Glad it was helpful!
A floater just appeared this week in my right eye so thank you for this info. I also have flashes of light that appears sometimes with that eye as well that started the same time. Hopefully that will go away as well 🤞
Hi there! I'm glad that you found the information helpful. However, sudden onset of floaters and flashes of light in your vision could be a sign of a serious eye condition. I highly recommend that you consult with me or see an eye doctor as soon as possible to get a proper evaluation and treatment if necessary. Take care!
Get to an ophthalmologist ASAP . Those are signs of a detached retina. I had this .
@@3lynyrd I saw my eye doctor yesterday. It is a tear. If it gets worse then I will see a specialist.
You have a PVD and probably a Weiss floater. I am big in health and supplements, but none will change it. I am looking at a YAG laser to remove it.
@@funkycowboyI am in a similar position. Have you been treated w the laser? My doc said ultimately, aspiration may need to be performed. Currently dealing w one eye being strained and the blurry/affected one closing to help focus the other. It’s been a week and I am way over it but hanging in, looking for further help
Dr. Can you please recommend a good brand that combines all these nutrients you mentioned in one?
You mostly can not get a combination
Thank you so much for this information!
Absolutely!!
Grest hrest timing. Thank you

Is Irish moss a good collagen to take for floaters? I just started taking that in my smoothies 😊
Consuming collagen regularly can promote skin, joint, and digestive health, so incorporating Irish moss into your smoothies can still be beneficial.
Thanks for the info. Ginkgold eyes by Natures Way really helps eye health and floaters. Also eating raw zucchini lubricates my eyes better than anything and gets rid of floaters but it has to be raw, not cooked.

how many months u use it to delete floaters?
@@DataKingreal i see results within a day. Right away.
Thank you so much. I have had floaters since I was 13 after months of eye irritation due to the smog in L.A. in the 1970s. (We moved from NYC. Smog was horrible then). I will definitely try the supplements. 😊
Yes I remember I first noticed these in 70's in my early childhood. Smog.. could be the reason, as We were living in Bradford UK, in those days.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I'm glad you found the information helpful. I hope the supplements will provide some relief for your floaters. Best of luck to you!

I recently started using castor oil for my eye floaters and it helps a lot. I rub a little on my eyelids before bed.
Thats a great one
Now you are ok?
what brand?
the thing I learned about bromelain, is that it's only from fresh pineapples and not canned.
I used the ones in a can and it worked wonders for mine in record time.
@@vickiecole1792 maybe you were lucky with the brand of canned pineapple you got

Thank you for sharing your experience with using apple cider vinegar as an eye wash to improve your vision and alleviate floaters.

Las moscas volantes me han dicho que es hongo candida, por eso el vinagre de sidra de manzana te ha ayudado
Thank you for this informative video! I've just subscribed!! Do you have solutions for curing hiatal hernia naturally? I refuse to take the medications, and although I have had some success with avoiding Gerd, I'm not cured. I really need a permanent natural solution to avoid esophagus problems. I've been suffering from this for about two years.
In my case they never dissapear, I've been "watching" them since I was about 10 y.o.. Some still have their initial shape, and more appear with time. 😢

Give them a try and let me know how they work for you!
