Here are my favorite fat-burning Fullbody Workout routine that you can follow without visiting gym or any equipment at all. Please follow this 10 minute workout everyday and leave the comments if you have any questions.

Guys, I made it . Honestly it took me more than 10 minutes , I breath like a dead buffalo on the break between every exercise but WORTH IT. I truly lose weight. Thanks Allblanc for these videos 😁

For those with knee problems like me - modification is a solution I found, no jumping and remember to do it at a consistent pace. Thank you hunks for all your hard work it is much appreciated 😘
I did the 5 minute warm up then did this 10 minute workout. I'm so proud of myself. I can't wait to get stronger with these workouts.
I learned pretty quickly into working out again that it looks easy but if you’re out of shape, it’s pure torture. But, hey, just like in The Dark Knight, it’s always darkest just before the dawn. In other words, push yourself through the pain and stick with it and before you know it, it’ll be such an easy workout that you’ll be BEGGING for something harder.

I'm an active person and finished the whole 10mins. But, damn- this really killed me especially the 40 secs jump squats at the end. My legs are burning me alive and that endorphin high is really worth it. 😭❤️❤️
My gym teacher told us to do the exercise at home and we had to film ourselves:

One of my favourite workouts is the 4 min Burning Fat with Alllanc girls x 2 times - Bri recommended this in her 6-pack workout playlist. I'm definitely going to follow this one too! I can feel it builds endurance as each move is 45 seconds & gets my heart pumping.

This is what I call a "Do Something" workout. Instead of passing on a workout day because I still feel sore from the one a couple of days ago, or because I don't have enough time for a long workout, I "Do Something". Thank you, AllBlanc! Ten minutes never lasted so long! Best wishes!

This was a great workout, so intense but satisfying. I couldn’t do the jump squats without a brief rest after every 3 but everything else was manageable 👍🏻

I made a different workout playlist of allblanc workouts,
3 days then a 1-day break and then 3 days ill share it if it works for me. btw I lost 1 kg in the last 5 days doing these workouts with a proper diet.

First day I'm at 270 lbs.....couldn't finish the reps entirely but did as much as I could of each.....and God thank you for advertisements gave me 15 more sec to breath hahaha

I do a low impact version of this most days, and I can honestly say that it works!
Any workout is better than no workout, that's for sure! Keep it up! I personally try to do my best for 45 seconds but instead of resting for 15 seconds like he does, I'll rest for up to 2-3 minutes if I have to. So doing the whole routine will last "20-25 minutes" instead of 10. lol. But as long as you finish it, that's all that matters.

Today is my first day.
I know I can't compete with a fitness instructor.
So I give myself 30 seconds. It'll be easier this way. But 30 seconds also makes me sweat.
I heard him say don't give up, I'm already lying down. but I can't get up.
But tomorrow I'll keep leaving messages.

Entering day 3, lost 1 kg already + healthy food
it's been a while since I started being active again, so jumping exercuse still takes a toll on me. Switched to lighther version of the jumping one but still can feel that pump! Will exercise regularly so that my endurance will return to peak again :") I used to do 1.5 hr Muay Thai with ease, but now just 10minutes of jumping leave me gaping for air haha. Thank you for the nice video!

One of the most challenging 10 minute workouts I’ve ever found. Almost did it without a break. Had to get some water before the last jump squats those get me everytime

Today I started doing workouts with my friend and I told my friend that your youtube channel is my favourite because it makes so much fun! Especially the 300 squad video was really funny and made me laugh I had lots of fun!! I will try do this here too!
Glad some of the exercises I used to do were toned down for this workout. (Burpee > half burpee (no pushup). Spiderman (no pushup))

Okay, last time when I try to do this, I just did half of it and gave up. HOWEVER, now I came back and did this workout routine fully. The last workout sent my leg out. I couldn’t even sit or stand which made me to just lie down face down. This proves that I am progressing with all my potential. This workout routines really is affective!

This a great warm up to a Muay Thai workout! No problems at all, a little bit of sweating at the end but not hard at all. Keep training and you will be able to do this easily!
