    This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.
    Joseph Peretz and his team designed this ADU as a garage conversion. They also ran the permits through the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety (LADBS).
