    Love this. I am very early in my Parkinson’s journey and continuing to rebuild strength after a hip replacement (an impingement that had cause a lot of damage).
    I’m good on the strength but am going to give the clock movement ago standing on one leg - it will be challenging, but that’s good right 😉

    Are there ways to enhance fall prevention / balance also for people whose visual system cannot be fixed (low vision, nystagmus, visual field loss) which is not uncommon in elderly population?
