It is painfully obvious where the original script was changed, so this character nobody likes could replace Din.

Bo-Katan's characterization in season 2 was CLEARLY that of a power-hungry, unqualified pretender to the Mandalorian throne. She violates her agreement with Din, extorts him into doing dangerous things he didn't agree to, and then later she cares more about the darksaber than she does about rescuing Grogu. Putting her on the throne without even giving her a proper redemption arc was just wild.

Except we know in the episode she is “killed off” that she somehow survives, because we see her silhouette at the end of the episode. Considering the world of Star Wars, to me at least. The World Between Worlds doesn’t sound that ridiculous.

Imo Ahsoka has one of the best character arcs in Star Wars. She helped Anakin’s character get more fleshed out in the Clone Wars series as well.
Lucas created the Clone Wars show. Even if Ahsoka is Dave Filoni’s character, Lucas must have approved.

BTW Lucas wanted Ahsoka to die during Order 66, so he definitely didn´t aprove for her to be there after the prequels era.
Her code name Fulcrum literally means someone who is the center of everything. Filoni s not even subtle. He wants to make Ahsoka the bestest evaaah and the most important character in all Star Wars.

I like Bo Katan as a character just having watched her character progression since Clone Wars but ya she should not have just been handed the title of Mandalore again, that was 100% Din's story before Disney forced the Muppet back into the story
Bi*ch deserved to die in TCW as was originally planned. She is absolutely loathsome and her dirty past still wasn´t brought up. She is a Mary Sue, the whole universe bends around her and people suffer from selective memory loss just to make her look better. Everyone kisses her ass, everything is handed to her, she never struggles. She earned nothing, but she keeps falling upwards. It is infuriating, frustrating and absolutely disgusting. I have never hated a fictional character as much as I hate this narcissistic sisterslayer with extra steps.

Apparently the Ahsoka show exists only to shoehorn Ahsoka as the bestest Jedi evaaah and sideline Luke in the timeline of the OT and the years after the OT.
Booooo is far worse character than Rey or Kylo because she´s not just a classic Mary Sue, she is also a sociopath who torched civilians, wanted her sister dead, enslaved and sexually abused villagers including minors, and she keeps falling upwards and gets constantly rewarded for that. She is a villain but the plot trets her like a hero just because she is a woman.

Rey is just boring and Kylo at least had the common decency to die after the atrocities he had commited.
If Booo also sacrificed herself and died it could be considered a redemption arc. But she has never had any and never will because waahmen need no REAL redemption, they are perfect even if they terrorize and genocide civilians and co-lead the group which exists only to kill their own sibling and establish a tyranical militant regime.
it wouldve been definitely better to just leave the muppet go with Luke and be done with that arc. I agree, Din shouldve been the focus of the story always, but Disney got greedy after seeing people's response to the muppet. Sad.

They should have made Bo Katan the villain, maybe overtime she grew jealous that her army left her because she didn’t have the dark saber, then in the final episode she would dual Mando to the death and he would win and claim Mandalore.
She is useless as anything else than a villain. She has always been a villain. She is cartoonishly, over-the-top evil in The Clone Wars, then she is suddenly rewarded with the rule over Mandalore and her atrocities are never mentioned. The civilians who were terrorized by her and Death Watch somehow don´t mind that genocidal maniac rules them now. Ahsoka somehow doesn´t remember she tried to murder her and sexually assaulted her.

The moment Booo-Karen was shoehorned as a her-O and stole Din´s achievements from him it all went to s**t. That actress is so wooden Pedro Pascal delivers emotions with his helmet on much better than she without her helmet. Her acting rage is resting bi*chface and arrogant smirk. She deserves to lose any future roles. She managed to ruin my two favourite things: The Mandalorian and Riddick, because she just has to be in in too by some cruel joke of randomness. Now every time I will see her face I will see Booo-Karen, not the other character she plays.

Do the writers seriously not realize that paying for a mercenary army counts as paying for a military? In an actually well written story you would realize it's probably the mercenaries running things considering they have literally no opposition. Being rich and having your entire army be comprised of mercenaries from another nation/planet is about the worst way you could possibly manage national security in the middle of a power vacuum like the end of the empire. Privateers are state sponsored pirates, they quite literally are paying pirates to protect their wealth.

This is true. We have Rey, then Jyn Erso, Ashoka(sadly she's part of it), the Armourer who is a matriarch, and Bo Katan taking over in season 3. I've never seen so many female leads in such a short span of time. You can clearly see the hands of feminism at work here. Star wars has become a platform to push a message that women can do whatever a man can do, and more. Unbelievable and unrealistic.

The Mandalorian had the potential to be the one decent Disney show.
Season 1 was good. I felt it was the best piece of Star Wars media in a decade. Was like an old Western serial, with a Clint Eastwood-esque character, as mentioned by Woke Critic here. Unfortunately it seems to have fallen into the claws of wokeness. They just couldn't help themselves

The first two seasons were great. Nothing can top the "he means more to me than you will ever know" scene and Din saying goodbye to Grogu.
Even the Boba Fett series was OK and it is a good end if you want to see Din and Grogu reunited and "riding into the sunset" together.
In my headcanon Din prevented Boo-Karen from gaining power and saved the galaxy from another warmongering and village-burning raid of that insane terrorist and slaver.
