You are wrong. the milk quantity is not the same as the flour and the butter. at the end of the video the ingredient quantities are not the same as seen at the beginning. why?
Was all looking good until the end - 3 ingredients in equal amounts - is that 50g/ml of milk for 50g of butter, or 300g of butter for 300g/ml of milk?? Seems a bit excessive to me...

Why you add egg yolk in the sauce? Sauce is 👌 but the egg yolk will taste so bad in sauce bcz the egg yolk is unraw .
