Dieting is important
But those who can't restrict to a particular diet can do following things :-
1. Zero intake of sugar,white bread,maida,cheese.
2.less amount of salt in diet or take sainda salt.
3. Calorie deficit diet or take high protein diet.
Plenty of water.
Do follow above points you will Started to get results in 10-15 days
Do comment and like if you get results.🙏
Edit : if cravings hold you back you can take following things to reduce cravings as well as weight will not gain:-
1. Take fruits smoothie without sugar.
2.poha but ones in a week
3.bajra chapati with kadhi.
But all these things cooked in less oil and salt and ones or twice in a week.
And the most the forgot to write to do list is that avoid junk food, processed food and only eat home made food .
Whenever you feel hungry just drink 1 or 2 glass of water.
I think calorie deficit diet isn't good neither the high protein diet. Carbs are important. And excess protein while excluding all the other macro nutrients won't help either. The best it to practice portion size.

Really l am sad because now l am in 8 and 54kg and I was very because 4 months before my leg was broken and 4 month ago was beg rest I gained 14kg when l was in 7th I was42 and this January looked came to school all my friends teesed my really really l was very sad

Dats really long 4 yrs and u still maintaining...bravo👏🏻 okay soumya u r unmarried and can carry on but once the pregnancy weight sets in it becomes really difficult to maintain even to loose..specially maintaining becomes really hard coz in my case i was 58 before pregnancy den i weighed 90kgs during it...after which around 10kg lost accordingly without efforts aftr having my baby..so strting from 82 i lost 62...within 6-7 months but again i gained back n weighd upto 72 just becoz of functions coz i had 2 weddings which went 2m longer..
Now struggling again to loose from 72 i went down to 68 but even dis is from last 3 months...once i hit 55 i thought of maintaing but again i cant stop at only 1 baby so the cycle may repeat i dunno for how long...
Basically i wanna say its difficult after marriage to maintain and stay fit🤧

Well, after going through a lot of videos on weight loss, magical drinks and diet I finally found a normal person making realistic vlogs on weight loss ! I loved the re quoting of your sentence that you cant be on diet all the time. I am on a weight loss spree and this video of yours has brought down my stress levels . Thanks buddy!!
It is not right to drink so much water immediately before or after a meal. It dilutes the naturally secreted juices which are meant to digest solid food. A little water is ok. But after half hour u should drink lot of water once the food has made its way from stomach to intestines.
Kranti Ranpise hello dear i used to think like this before as well but my research proved me wrong and i came across the fact our body is made of 65% water and is our primary constituent so having it anytime will not harm us neither between meals not before & after it except for old age people who have less sodium in their body , excessive water for them can cause problems but for it’s completely safe & healthy😊

so relatable, when I was in school I had this same diet plan and exactly same workouts as yours and I lost 10 kgs. But now I have been living in hostel for 3 years and we get our dinner at 8:30 pm and mostly potatoes in dinner, due to which I gained 15 kgs,
so what can I eat instead of roti sabzi at 6 30 pm, so I don't feel hungry?

Hi sis.... I'm in Uk, I want to come forward to my weight, before two years I'm 58 kg but now I'm in 64 kgs also my hand muscles are growing, I felt very embarrassed while wearing short sleeves, can pls suggest me to diet chart and exercise. It would be very helpful for me then.

Drinking just before meal will dilute your digestive juices and with this habit you will slow down your digestive process....I would like to suggest you that drink water one hour before you have to eat....And half an hour after you eat....If you are highly thirsty sip a little water but not a glass...

The Glow Girl Tales I don't know much about your research but I have been told so by a doctor who has advised me on diet at AIIMS itself ......Body being made up of water does not mean that u should drink water that way...It is composition at cellular level.....And you cannot force absorption of water...surely your kidney will do double filtration and then it will be passed out...Yes it is right you will feel full by drinking water and will consume less food..But by eating less that way and keeping stomach full you are adjusting your mind to learn that you are full although you aren't and that is the reason why you lost weight as you were mentally satisfied ....I have suggested this point as I myself have studied biology ....Waise aapko jo accha lage aap free hain follow karne k liye... research about long term effect....By the way I loved your transformation....

So informative and so honest. My weight is 71 kg. Want to lose it asap. I am pursuing CA finals and can't hit the gym more than 3 times a week. Hello dear so if you feel hungry between 6:30 - 11:00 then have a bowl of fruits (apples most imp)at 8:00 pm it will reduce your calories and you will have healthy intake 😊👍🏻

Hey...u should try using the 30 days fitness challenge app. U can do everything at home plus it's a routine customised for u. 10-15 minutes workout everyday. I have been there during my 8 yrs of staying in hostel. Trust me it will help you.

Hi Soumya saw your video .. very nice and impressive journey .. Being a clinical nutritionist want to tell you something almost everything is fine with your schedule but don’t drink much green tea it has some bad effects too specially for girls... sometimes green tea can be a reason for uterine tumors,fibroids and many more ..every time after or before drinking green tea one should drink same amount of water too.. too much intake of green tea may occur iron deficiency which is not recommended for long term..
