Sunita Rani hi except for jumping jacks ,high knees & side abs you can do all the exercises but at slow pace 😊👍🏻
Every workout should begain with Warm up and after workout stretching to feel relax and to get relief .. what you are doing is not ri8✓
Stretches can be done for warm up and cool down. Warm up stretches will have more movement, it will pump blood circulation. That is what she is doing. Cool down stretches do not have much movement. You will basically hold a position without movement for few seconds to stretch it. Cool down stretches are the ones done after completing workout. 😊

I have lost 14 kgs in just 2 months

And till I have loss 18 kgs
And only by excersis and deiting
My weight loss journey is a lockdown challenge given by me to myself
And in these 2 months the most important thing I understand about weight loss-

Same here I used to done by daily .from December 15 im 70 kgs than I takes it serious & with the help of diet , morning and evening walk makes me 58 kgs but still I'm on dieting.inshallah I also gets slimly soon 😃

Somya I watching your videos from last three to four day's that pushed me a lot.. Pls I seriously started following you.. But m almost 80kg with 5'2 and mother of two kids.. Pls guide me as beginners.. I have stopped taking sugar.. No tea though I use to take 6 to 7 per day.. Even I completely said no to rice and wheat.. I am on Fruits and vegetables and green tea..
