Nice video! I need to replace my headlamp assemblies (L & R) on my '02 LS. This will definitely be a good reference! Just did the same job on my wife's 2010 Accord. Very similar style of construction. Thanks!
Appreciate these videos so much! I just got a salvaged (but well driving) NB miata for $500. Typical things I need to replace the cloth top and the headlights have condensation. Found your videos for BOTH and am so excited to dig in and get fixing!
I replaced my headlight by undoing the top bolts under the bonnet and the bolt under the wheel arch this allowed the bumper to move enough to get the headlight out. No need to remove the whole bumper.
Thanks for this great video. Can you access the power steering fluid pipe that runs between bumper and radiator under the slam panel with the bumper removed? I have a leak that is dripping midway between left headlight and centre of the car (looking at the angle ypu are working from) and was checking how to remove the bumper in order to gain access. If you happen to have a video on that I would appreciate a link thanks
Just tried it and the plastic screws in the wheel, are stuck and i f'd their head so i left them 😂 maybe will try again when i got replacements, thanks for the vid!
Yes you can, with some wiring modifications, but you also need to used the NB2 front bumper along with them. Here's our guide for NB2 to NB1 compatibility: www.redlineautoparts.com/blog/nb-miata-compatibility-guide-nb2-to-nb1/

Glad we could help! Sounds like you got yourself a great deal there!
Your videos are dope, and what makes it better is I have the exact same NB Miata, including the color
Thank you very much! Its a very nice color on these NB's.
Solid video! Thanks for putting it together. Nicely done!

Plastic clips/screws are stripped and will not move- any suggestions?
Im struggling to find a stock front bumper or even headlights for my 01😭. Any links to parts would be appreciated.
Excellent video. Thank you
Nice video, I need to install a new front bumper. That removal of headlights seem harsh. I would feel like im breaking the clips!
Gotta admit, it's a bit scary, just have to trust that you're pulling on it right.
Thanks ! Video 🔧🚗
Anyone know if this is the same on a 2000 Miata
Appreciate the video
What paint code is the NB in these videos??
It's called Midnight Blue Mica, 22A
Video is incorrect it removes two fixings unnecessarily and does not mention the central fixing inside the bottom of radiator air feed aperture
Can you install NB2 headlights on to a NB1?
