    In this video Tim demonstrates how to perform the elevated roll. He also shows other methods of performing the roll for those that need layers and steps. This is a great way to add strength to your body and it feels so good. #originalstrength

    Another awesome video. Please consider editing the titles of your bids to include keywords that will direct traffic your way. You deserve the attention. I believe it's the titles that's got your views less than what it should be. You should be one of the top fitness guys. I've been into fitness for years, subscribed to many fitness guys, and just recently discovered you,. Bothered I haven't found you sooner.

    Plank to Wild Thing to Alter pose. They do feel AH-mazing! My physical therapy clientele is the geriatric population, but I attempt to incorporate as many modified functional and yoga moves as possible to keep them mobile and independent. Just working on mobility helps with their strength, balance, transfer ability, and their confidence. I always tell my patients the body was meant to move. I also like to add a speed element to the moves (when they are ready, of course) as the majority of my patients move like snails. Once they start moving better and get stronger, they amaze themselves with how quickly they can perform different actions and how their pain levels have significantly decreased. Love your videos!

    These tips and ideas are really great. I also love improvising body movements from time to time but not always! I need a program that I can just follow when only have 30 mins during the day. I need to know an optimum way of spending that 30 mins to get the most out of it. Remembering all these ideas and trying to have fun and improvise through them is just not going to cut it. I know I can develop my own program but it's just a huge undertaking.

    This is great. When I segmental roll on the ground I sometimes use the arm to go from prone to supine and my legs to go from supine to prone. How do I do an elevated version of this? Is there a video on that? Thanks a ton!

    Hey Tim, curious about your interoceptive awareness here. When you perform this, are you feeling dynamic tension in the extended limbs journey back down into the floor?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  5 років тому +3

      I feel the connection (tension) through the limbs that are reaching as well as the ones that are following. So yes. If feels like all is tied together. - but then it is!

      Hey Eric. He gave me Joe Nimbles. They are made in Germany. But I just found out they have a site in the US.
