We have a L2 24 with a Atomstack rotary . I am trying to engrave a 9oz glass wine tumbler . My laser will only go back and forth not side to side . I just watched her video, so does this mean that I have to enable the Z ? Also, I’m not exactly sure where to set the number for passes on here as well with doing a wine glass whether the design would be just a name or a just say a picture of a snowman?

The Z axis is for up and down, you will need to unplug either the x or the y axis and plug in the rotary, when you do the rotary the laser will only move either back and forth or side to side depending on which axis you unplugged and plugged into the rotary.
