  • In this chill 50-minute practice, we stay Low on the mat (or bed). This gentle practice is great low spoon yoga for low energy days. We start with a grounding, then a bit of joint awakening and stretching, some gentle flowing movement through asana, and finally, finishing with a few restorative postures and meditation.
    Feel free to practice on a bed, especially if getting up and down off the floor isn't accessible to you. This version has a lovely folksy soundtrack by Tim Gillespie and might be best enjoyed with headphones.
    Helpful Props: (all optional) Bolster to sit on, blocks to raise the floor, blanket
