I’ve been using this routine for most of this year. My goal is to do once a week, but I’m not always successful. Today, I was finally able to keep the book on my head and pulse my arms without it falling off. Yay! 😀

Not certain if I’m feeling a straightening to my posture but I notice more flexibility in the shoulders. I do these about every other day. I have always found it very challenging to link my hands behind my back and stretch the shoulders. But I’m noticing slight improvement. I can squeeze the muscles further and can even lift the arms slightly. My goal is to hopefully fully straighten the elbows when doing this.

I've lost 22 pounds in these past two weeks after getting off the pain meds ❣️ 🚣♀️ 🤾♀️🙏🙌🧎♀️ 🧗♀️✨✝️✨✔️
