Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed this class. Let me know in the comments below how you stay calm and hopeful during the two-week wait.
Thank you 😘 Just discovered your channel & it is wonderful to do movement without having to worry about disrupting anything. I've stayed calm by repeating the mantra "This does not confirm or deny anything", when I keep getting symptons that could mean pregnancy OR menstruation.
What a lovely mantra! Thank you for sharing it. I'm wishing you all the best! 🥰
i return to this one every month. truly the most caring way to treat my body at this time
That’s so lovely! I’m honored to be a part of your self-care during this time. Be well!
What lovely guided yoga. Just what I needed in this 2 week wait. Love the calming music-added such a nice touch alongside your voice 💗🪷🕊🦋🫶💖🙏🌼
Thank you for your kind comment, Kacy. Best wishes!

You’re welcome ☺️
Hi Kendra! Have recently come upon your channel. Am glad to be here. Thank you for this peaceful yoga sequence. As I have some difficulty doing the stretch at 8'25", what would you recommend as a variation?
Hi there! It's so hard to know exactly what to recommend without being able to see you practice the pose but hopefully this helps! Any sort of quad stretch will target a similar area of your body. A quick google search for "Quad stretches" should give you a good starting place. Be well!
@@LiveFertile thank you for the reply and suggestion! Shall look into it. Be well!
Amazing thank you🙏
You’re welcome!
Just out of curiosity, do you also include some cardio exercises or strength training in your routine?
By my routine, do you mean my personal "routine" or the recommendations I give to my one-on-one clients? If you mean my personal "routine", it's not much of a "routine." Lol. I just live a relatively active life.
I rollerskate, I go for leisurely walks when the weather permits, and I clean my house regularly. I'll occasionally do pilates, a more strenuous yoga practice, dance, or go for a bike ride.
❤
Hallo Kendra, i have late ovulation symptoms. Should i do this yoga after or before my workout (low impact workout) ? Thankyou
Hi there! That really is up to you. Whatever feels best to your body and works with your schedule is what I'd go with. Be well!
Hello ma'am can you please tell me if I'm doing this yoga in morning then i should do it on empty stomach? and after yoga how much to wait for breakfast?
Hi there! You'll likely hear and read a number of things about when you should do yoga in relation to meals. I personally think you're the best person to decide that. It depends on the makeup of your meal (was it large or small? Was it heavy or light? What foods were in it?), how full you feel (are you experiencing indigestion or other GI upset? do you tend to prefer to do movement practices on a full or empty stomach? Something in between full and empty?), your schedule, etc. Be well!
#LiveFertile after ovulation, should we do this phase if we are Ttc or should we skip it..?
Hi there, Faiza. This practice was created for the phase after ovulation (the luteal phase) and was designed with people who are trying to conceive in mind. Be well!

I had a cyst in my ovary last 3 months back. And i practiced pcod workout and now we r trying to concieve. Should i do pcod yoga while 2 week wait is it safe. Let me know
I can't say what would be safe for you personally as I don't know your health history. What I can say is, I would encourage you to explore different practices as you feel comfortable. If you're concerned, stick with what feels safest and most supportive to you or discuss it with your personal health care provider. Best wishes!
I am pcos person 6 years but 6 month one time periyats so sad u pcos video morning my home 4 days
Hi there! I’m sorry your PCOS symptoms have left you feeling so sad. While yoga can help to make periods more regular in people with PCOS, there are often other things to address as well. I hope you’re able to find the answers to your concerns. Be well!

Hello Kendra i ll do embrio transfer on Feb. What kind of yoga shall i do
Hi there! I'm not able to provide individualized advice for those I'm not working with one-on-one for legal and ethical reasons.
I encourage you to consider the emotional and physical states you hope to encourage and support during this stage and find videos that align with those goals.
Examples: "I'd like to practice more self-care, so I'll practice the self-care video," "I hope to sleep well, so I'll try some of the evening, sleep, and pre-bed videos," "I really need to slow down and feel grounded, I'll try some of the yin yoga classes," or I hope to feel more confident and trusting, so I'll practice Yoga for Embracing the Unknown."
There are also general fertility-supporting practices you might enjoy exploring. And of course, you can ask your providers if they have any suggestions.
Hope that helps!
@@LiveFertile thank you Kendra
Can we do it after ovulation if we are planning for baby?
It was designed for the luteal phase, which is the phase after ovulation. So you sure can as long as you feel comfortable doing so. Your body is your best guide. Be well!
