From last month I am doing yoga and some stretching exercises and it has benefitted me a lot. My body fat is reduced some what. And now again i am trying for conception. Currently my ovulation period is going on so I am not doing same yoga which includes sun salutation and some more bending and stretching position, I came across your video and started practising same and included 30 to 40 mints of walking to my routine. Hi there. Are you making a request for information or a video? I enjoyed doing this yoga with you. I would like to know for the breathing part do you breath in through the nose and out with your mouth? How do you breath?
Good question, Sandy. In general, during yoga I inhale and exhale through the nose. I typically use ujjayi breath, which is an audible inhale and exhale through the nose with the mouth closed. There are tons of quick tutorials on how to do it online. Hope that helps!

Hi there, Kalpana! This sequence was designed to be done after ovulation for people who are trying to conceive. It can be practiced as many times as time permits during the luteal phase/ two week wait/ time between ovulation and the next period or positive pregnancy test. Hope that helps!
@@jovannayanez9568 yes, there are 4 different phases of yoga during your whole cycle. Now I don’t recall all the 4 names of each. Maybe just google for the 4 phases and it will tell you.

Hi! I have been following you for a while now and i really love your videos..they are so calming. Thank you. They destress me🙂 I would like to know having spotting after ovulation is normal? I have PCOS. we're trying to conceive
Hi there. I really can't answer that for you. I would have to ask you questions to understand when you're seeing the spotting, how often, how long the spotting lasts, other symptoms that accompany the spotting, etc. and that's not something I can do via UA-cam or with someone I'm not working with one-on-one. I recommend discussing your question with your personal healthcare providers.
Thanks a lot for your reply. We moved to a new country...looking for a gynaecologist here in Morocco. It happened for the first time. According to the app tracker i was ovulating and the same day i got spotting which lasted for 3 days. Could it be possible to get in touch with you via email? Thank you 🙂 @@LiveFertile
Hi there. I hope you're able to find an ObGyn you like and trust. I know how hard it can sometimes be to establish new care after a move. Unfortunately, even by email, I can't answer your question. I need to be working with someone one-on-one as a client to offer specific personalized answers and guidance. Best wishes!
The full practice is designed to create a sense of calm and peace to support fertility and mental wellbeing. It's less about one specific pose and more about the poses practiced together.
Hi there! Good question. This sequence was designed to be practiced at any point after ovulation so it should be safe to practice. Of course, your body is the best judge of that. Tune into how you feel throughout the video. You can trust the wisdom of your body. Hope that helps!
Hi there! Thanks for asking this question. While I designed this sequence to be safe at any point during the two-week wait, I encourage you to check in with yourself (you're the real expert on your body) and your doctor if you're unsure if it's ok for you to do yoga or any form of physical activity. I know that wasn't a simple yes or no, but it's my best advice. Hope it helps! 😊
have been doing for 4 days now, it helps with better sleep, and my lower back problem has improved , i can feel warm waist after these movement.is that how it help with pregnancy as well ?
How lovely! I’m happy it has helped you feel better in a number of ways. Supporting sleep is definitely supportive when trying to conceive (and feel your best in general.) Everyone experiences a practice differently. What does the warmth you feel at your waist mean to you?
Hi. My tww started two days ago and I have been doing this. Can you please share what’s the best time of the day for this exercise? Can I do it twice a day?
Hi mam Is this yoga can be done before during and after ovulation? My egg quality are very bad..I have endometriosis. I am suffering from pain during period. I have no baby got married 2 yr..can I do this yoga for endometriosis??? Pls help me mam..I m very disappointed
Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing so much disappointment and pain. You can practice this sequence anytime you'd like to. It was designed to be done after ovulation until the period starts or pregnancy is confirmed, but it's safe to practice anytime you'd like a slower, more gentle sequence. I have some other sequences that I think can be helpful too: ua-cam.com/play/PLzfdIQsNEko1fLI6TdKa5VGoyPKsQUOVA.html Phase II for the endometriosis video is coming soon. Be well, Kendra
Hi there. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "how" in this scenario. The cues wouldn't be any different for someone using IUI to conceive than it would for anyone else. Hope that helps. Be well!

Hi there. Getting a diagnosis is a wonderful first step. Now you can address the root causes. Yoga can definitely be supportive for people with PCOS. I have a lot of videos on nutrition, self-care, and yoga for PCOS. I recommend having a look around my channel and looking at those. This yoga sequence was designed for what is known as the two-week wait. That's the time between ovulation and the next period or a positive pregnancy test. In the future, I encourage you to avoid sharing details about your labs/ health in public places on the internet. Your health care team and those in your life you choose to share these things with are really the only ones who need to know those numbers. As I'm not your health care provider, I can't provide personalized advice based on those numbers. Be well, Kendra
Hi there. Remember, that issues with ovulation can have different causes. You'll need to address your unique underlying causes. While you discover what those are by working with a medical professional one on one, I hope these videos provide some support: ua-cam.com/video/MjUA_MlVUwk/v-deo.html
Hi Mam.. Is this yoga can be done before , during and after ovulation I have PCOS My amh level is low Prolactin level is high. I have no baby.. Got married 6 yrs ... Can I do this yoga for Pcos, Amh and prolactin to control
It can. I designed it with the luteal phase in mind but it really can be done any time. Gentle yoga, which this video definitely is, can be done by people with PCOS. Be well!
Hi there! It was designed to support people who are trying to conceive (with or without assisted reproductive technology) during their two week wait. So, yes. Be well!
Hi there! Unless your health care team has told you to avoid movement or you feel uncomfortable doing these poses, it was designed to be practiced during the two week wait no matter how someone is trying to conceive. Best wishes!
Hi there! It's hard to say. I can't see what position your body is in or how you're breathing. And I can't ask questions to better understand exactly what sensation you're experiencing and where you're feeling it. Whenever you're in doubt about something related to your body, your innate wisdom and your personal health care team/ yoga teacher are going to be your best resources. Best wishes!
Hi there. Yoga can be supportive for those who are trying to conceive. Whether or not the fibroids will impact your ability to conceive is something to discuss with your doctor. Only they can provide insight into how your fibroids are affecting you and your body. Best wishes!
Hi there 👋🏾 It was designed for the two week wait regardless of how one is trying to conceive. That said, concerns around safety should always be addressed with your provider just in case you have unique concerns they want you to be aware of. Best wishes!
Hi there. The video is designed with the two-week wait in mind. The two-week wait is the time after ovulation until pregnancy is confirmed or the period starts (this is also known as the luteal phase or postovulatory phase). When and how often to do it is up to you.
The two-week wait, which this practice was designed to support, is the time between ovulation and the next period or positive pregnancy test. This is also known as the luteal phase or post-ovulatory phase.
@ABDT20 I can’t think of a reason your couldn’t but if you’re unsure, consider asking your provider. They should be providing guidance about what is appropriate for you after treatment. Best wishes!
Good question, Rida. As with most yoga poses, your body is the best guide. I chose these poses based on the energetic and physical goals I identified for the two week wait, but that doesn't mean these poses are unsafe or bad to do during other phases of the cycle. Some people might find some of the poses uncomfortable during their period, others won't. Hope that helps!
Hi Shiba. Thank you for your question. I don't see why it would be unsafe to practice this. I always recommend checking with yourself and your healthcare team if you're concerned just to be sure.😊
Hi there! I have two yoga videos specifically focused on egg quality that you might enjoy. You can find them here: ua-cam.com/video/mLnYY5bkjw4/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Q8Zud9Dimek/v-deo.html Of course there are other things to consider with egg quality as well. Hope this helps!
Hi Edna! I would follow any recommendations your reproductive endocrinologist gave you around activity and exercise. I designed this sequence to be done during the time period between a transfer and pregnancy test. But because everyone is unique, I always recommend deferring to the guidance of your personal healthcare team. Hope that helps!
I can’t think of a reason your couldn’t but it was created with the two week wait (the luteal phase) in mind. There are other videos on my channel that were made with the follicular phase in mind.
I hope you enjoy this video. Let me know in the comments below how you destress during the two-week wait?

You're welcome, Sivan. If you continue to notice pain, I encourage to speak to your provider. Best wishes.

When can we start doing this exerxises mam after periods or after ovulation.. And how long we have to practise this exercise daily??
Hi there, Kalpana! This sequence was designed to be done after ovulation for people who are trying to conceive. It can be practiced as many times as time permits during the luteal phase/ two week wait/ time between ovulation and the next period or positive pregnancy test. Hope that helps!
Is there something we can do before ovulation? I am on my 3rd round of Letrozole. Anything I can do to help?
@@jovannayanez9568 yes, there are 4 different phases of yoga during your whole cycle. Now I don’t recall all the 4 names of each. Maybe just google for the 4 phases and it will tell you.
Thanks a lot for the video! I have been doing it for my tww. Is it good to exercise like this in the 1st trimester? ❤
Hi there! In general, I would consider this practice a good class for early pregnancy. I also have prenatal videos you might want to explore. You can find them here: m.ua-cam.com/play/PLzfdIQsNEko1pE-Gmb67zQBu1INEiqS_C.html

Very beneficial and productive
Hi! I have been following you for a while now and i really love your videos..they are so calming.
Thank you. They destress me🙂
I would like to know having spotting after ovulation is normal?
Thank you 🙂
@@LiveFertile
Hi there. I hope you're able to find an ObGyn you like and trust. I know how hard it can sometimes be to establish new care after a move. Unfortunately, even by email, I can't answer your question. I need to be working with someone one-on-one as a client to offer specific personalized answers and guidance. Best wishes!
I want to ask how does the pose, lying flat with legs against wall help. Just wanna learn more. Thanks 🙏🏻
The full practice is designed to create a sense of calm and peace to support fertility and mental wellbeing. It's less about one specific pose and more about the poses practiced together.
Thank you m
Very soothing n comfortable yoga...but is it safe my 4th day after ovulation n doing this from last two days?
Hi there! Good question. This sequence was designed to be practiced at any point after ovulation so it should be safe to practice. Of course, your body is the best judge of that. Tune into how you feel throughout the video. You can trust the wisdom of your body. Hope that helps!
Hello, I just got IUI done yesterday, can I do these yoga poses or can you suggest yoga poses to be done after IUI?
Hi, which yoga poses did u follow after your IUI process?
have been doing for 4 days now, it helps with better sleep, and my lower back problem has improved , i can feel warm waist after these movement.is that how it help with pregnancy as well ?
How lovely! I’m happy it has helped you feel better in a number of ways. Supporting sleep is definitely supportive when trying to conceive (and feel your best in general.) Everyone experiences a practice differently. What does the warmth you feel at your waist mean to you?
Started today for 2 week wait ....
Update?
Any updates?
Hi. My tww started two days ago and I have been doing this. Can you please share what’s the best time of the day for this exercise? Can I do it twice a day?
There isn’t a best time. Do it whenever it fits your schedule and as often as it feels supportive to you.
This is very helpful 🙂😍What is the perfect time to do this yoga.. morning or evening or anytime?
I'm happy you found it helpful, Lishi. The best time is anytime you have time to do it. Enjoy and best wishes!

Thanks!
Hi mam
Is this yoga can be done before during and after ovulation? My egg quality are very bad..I have endometriosis. I am suffering from pain during period. I have no baby got married 2 yr..can I do this yoga for endometriosis??? Pls help me mam..I m very disappointed
Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing so much disappointment and pain. You can practice this sequence anytime you'd like to. It was designed to be done after ovulation until the period starts or pregnancy is confirmed, but it's safe to practice anytime you'd like a slower, more gentle sequence. I have some other sequences that I think can be helpful too: ua-cam.com/play/PLzfdIQsNEko1fLI6TdKa5VGoyPKsQUOVA.html
Phase II for the endometriosis video is coming soon.
Be well,

Hi shall I do this yoga after my IUI?
Hi there. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "how" in this scenario. The cues wouldn't be any different for someone using IUI to conceive than it would for anyone else. Hope that helps. Be well!
Hello mam,iam 25yrs.. I love all your videos. I underwent IVF cycles for 5 embryo transfer (2 fresh and 3 frozen)..
I got positive for 3cycles but within a few days my HCG level got dropped and started to spot.. initially the doctor said no issues with me and the egg quality.. but in the last cycle the doctor has observed contraction and expansion in the endometrial lining... So please do suggest which yoga helps me for the above issue..
thanking you in advance.. loads n loads of xxx
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear IVF hasn't gone as you'd hoped. I'm not super familiar with expansion and contraction of the endometrial lining. Sorry I don't have an answer for you. Be well!
Tqs for ur reply mam, ma body is able to implant the embryo but it's not continueing so how can i increase it...loads of love...
@@smrithigowda5986 There are a lot of things that could be going on. I really can't provide personalized advice without knowing your medical history and lifestyle in detail. Which I can't do via UA-cam comments. Be well!

Be well,
Kendra
Dear mam is this yoga help to make ovolution bcoz i have problem in ovelution
Hi there. Remember, that issues with ovulation can have different causes. You'll need to address your unique underlying causes. While you discover what those are by working with a medical professional one on one, I hope these videos provide some support: ua-cam.com/video/MjUA_MlVUwk/v-deo.html
Hi Mam.. Is this yoga can be done before , during and after ovulation
I have PCOS
My amh level is low
Prolactin level is high. I have no baby.. Got married 6 yrs ... Can I do this yoga for Pcos, Amh and prolactin to control
It can. I designed it with the luteal phase in mind but it really can be done any time. Gentle yoga, which this video definitely is, can be done by people with PCOS. Be well!
Mam...Please reply
I am very stressed
@@LiveFertile Thank you so much Mam...Please pray for me Mam...
Is it useful to apply it after the embryo transfer?
Hi there! It was designed to support people who are trying to conceive (with or without assisted reproductive technology) during their two week wait. So, yes. Be well!
@@LiveFertile
thank you
What is the difference between this one and the luteal phase one? Can I alternate between the two during the TWW? This was very relaxing.
Hi there! Feel free to alternate between the two. The intentions for both were very similar. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you!
Can we do it after embryo transfer ivf
Hi there! Unless your health care team has told you to avoid movement or you feel uncomfortable doing these poses, it was designed to be practiced during the two week wait no matter how someone is trying to conceive. Best wishes!
Please how many times in a day do I have to do this yoga exercises in my two weeks wait please
Hi there. It’s not that prescriptive. When and how often is up to you based on your schedule and what feels most supportive to you. Best wishes!
Thank you

Hi sister i m on my 2ww period but while doing this poses i have slight pressure in my abdomen is it worriable or i can continue this?
Same here had to stop it because I was experiencing pain
I am following your video & practicing yoga. I am trying to conceive, but have fibroids . Will yoga help get pregnant with fibroids?
Hi there. Yoga can be supportive for those who are trying to conceive. Whether or not the fibroids will impact your ability to conceive is something to discuss with your doctor. Only they can provide insight into how your fibroids are affecting you and your body. Best wishes!
Hi is this safe post FET in the two week period ?’
Hi there 👋🏾 It was designed for the two week wait regardless of how one is trying to conceive. That said, concerns around safety should always be addressed with your provider just in case you have unique concerns they want you to be aware of. Best wishes!
Kindly tell when to do this fertility yoga? After periods for how many days or contiuosly?
Hi there. The video is designed with the two-week wait in mind. The two-week wait is the time after ovulation until pregnancy is confirmed or the period starts (this is also known as the luteal phase or postovulatory phase). When and how often to do it is up to you.
when to start this yoga ? after ovulation ya before ovulation?
The two-week wait, which this practice was designed to support, is the time between ovulation and the next period or positive pregnancy test. This is also known as the luteal phase or post-ovulatory phase.
How many times should i spent for this exercise like 10 minute in a day or alternatively....
How often to do it is up to you. The practice is about 15 minutes long. Everything is cued in the video. Best wishes.
Can we do this yoga with doner egg embryo transfer ?
@ABDT20 I can’t think of a reason your couldn’t but if you’re unsure, consider asking your provider. They should be providing guidance about what is appropriate for you after treatment. Best wishes!
We can do this in periods and after ovulation
Good question, Rida. As with most yoga poses, your body is the best guide. I chose these poses based on the energetic and physical goals I identified for the two week wait, but that doesn't mean these poses are unsafe or bad to do during other phases of the cycle. Some people might find some of the poses uncomfortable during their period, others won't. Hope that helps!
Thanks alot

Hello yesterday is my fet
When I can do this yoga after my fet??? Thankyou very much x
Hi Edna! I would follow any recommendations your reproductive endocrinologist gave you around activity and exercise. I designed this sequence to be done during the time period between a transfer and pregnancy test. But because everyone is unique, I always recommend deferring to the guidance of your personal healthcare team. Hope that helps!

Hi there! It was created to be practiced anytime after ovulation for those who are trying to conceive. Hope that helps!
Can we do it during follicular phase?
I can’t think of a reason your couldn’t but it was created with the two week wait (the luteal phase) in mind. There are other videos on my channel that were made with the follicular phase in mind.
Can I do this after ovulation,?
