I have been following your channel for about two months, and I am pleased and pleasantly surprised with my much improved flexibility. I've been a loyal yogie for several years and thought i would explore additional avenues for help with my hamstrings. As I completed this dynamic stretch routine and had to smile when video ended and I was still standing so to speak. I'm 68 years old and nearly able to complete a split which is amazing. Thanks for the education and insights along the way.😊

Life shall be just that easy, grab a mattress, even no shoes and find a place in the nature instead of in a fitness studio, then start practicing body care and self love routine. Gonna do this tomorrow, keep them coming my friend, love it. And personally I wouldn't mind some that are focused towards the hamstring, glutes, loweback area and how those are all connected. Though I do prefer full-body routines, but just letting you know :)
