This video shares a passive and active routine for developing neck, shoulder, hip and glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor, and general all-around flexibility. There is a bias towards the hips, especially rotation, and relaxing in positions.

Love the length of this! Sometimes it just doesn't feel like 30min hits enough but an 1hour seems too daunting, so this is perfect!

This is my first time watching any of your videos. Amazing. Thank you for “rambling”. So many videos have no narration, only a timer that beeps at the beginning and end of the stretch. I like getting the reminder to breathe and notes on how to do the stretch and what you should feel.

Been using your flexibility/mobility videos a couple months now and have seen positive results also have suffered with terrible night cramps for ages but recently these have improved greatly 🤷🏼♀️can only think it’s your exercises that have helped.

This was excellent! I've had lots of physical therapy for shoulder and hip injuries with limited improvement. While working through this routine, you touched all the problem areas. Your comments helped me find sensitive/tight areas and the progression enabled me to release them. I plan to do this routine several times a week to help me keep all the "parts' moving. Thank you for providing this video. Oh yes, the setting is awesome too! More like this please.

This is a great stretch video! I've been doing yoga for years and we never hold the poses this long so I haven't seen much flexibility improvement. I'm gonna look for more of your videos. Please incorporate some more lower back stretches if you can! I'm a surfer so my lower back and knees take a lot of impact. Thank you very much for the video!

Hi Tom! I really like these longer follow-along-videos and use them especially after my workout (mark lauren: you are your own gym). Now, is this actually a good idea to do a long stretching session after a moderate/rather intense workout routine?
Great workout and exactly the stretch challenge I needed. I liked the variety and amount of time in each position.

I typically will do an hour and a half to two hours of exercises. I typically do a routine like this one, companied with either weights, cardio or yoga. Do you recommend I do your routine first or last?

As always, perfectly explained! Is it possible to create a routine for people who are working from home? I need to take a break every hour and sometimes (because I write a lot) my fingers, hands, neck, and back become very stiff. I would be very happy if I could use my break to train my upper body somehow in order to stay fit throughout the day. Thanks in advance!

hi Tom, the exercise around 19.30, when i try to hug my left knee with my right arm, i cannot stand still and i fall off. is this strength issue or flexibility / strech issue?

I think I've done all your follow alongs. I love them! Question; any idea why I always get a cramp in my hip when I do pike extensions? Any variation of that style of exercise leads to a charlie horse in the top of my hip. It's been that way for years, and I can't seem to figure it out.
