Come to think of it, I've had tinnitus since I was a toddler. And if it's gotten worse, I wouldn't have noticed because I used to think it was normal my whole life
I'm not the only one. I don't have problems hearing but do have tinnitus. I always got the hearing test, and I always get got to hear the lowest sound they got. Doctors always said I got good hearings [mind you, I never said I got problems with my ears cuz like you I thought hearing those sounds were normal o_O]
I never knew this was a condition until I’ve read that Kent Taylor who owns like a 400 restaurant chain committed suicide four months after he was diagnosed with covid and suffered from severe tinnitus,I’ve always heard a ringing sound since I was a teenager as far as I remember, in my opinion my hearing is very good, my wife talk to me and my children and they have to repeat themselves many time before I answer back but it’s not because I don’t hear them talking to me it’s just because I’m a very distracted person and I’m always thinking of something in my mind they get upset at me sometimes and I apologize and tell them I’m a man and man are always distracted on something or we are not like woman whom can do and answer many questions one after another and be multi task, but that’s just my opinion maybe it’s just me.😇 have a blessed day everyone

The risk of tinnitus was the reason I stopped going to live concerts. Even though I like all kinds of music, I mostly attended jazz concerts because the quality payout is the highest, but they can be extremely loud too because many are heavily electrified. About 25 years ago, after a guitarist John Scofield's live performance, which was ear-drums-busting, I said to myself, "Enough of this." Now I can listen to all of his albums and many concerts on Spotify and UA-cam at a much healthier sound level.

I am from Egypt and I went to the doctor and had the audiometry done and it was excellent. I went to another doctor and he told me that there are no problems in your ear, but I will not recover from the constant tinnitus. It is annoying and sad, Doctor.😢

I thought everyone was born experiencing this. I can hear just fine, it’s just when I’m in a quiet room or place or if I just drown out the back noise. I can hear a loud but not disturbing and in a weird way invisible (if that makes sense)“EEEEEEEEEE”, sound ringing in my ears.

Does anyone experience a fast tapping noise in n their ear/ears, like morse code sounds?
Mine happened from my blood pressure getting so high and the doctor just left it and actually said oh im really happy about how my blood pressure was. It was sky high and i am being treated for bloop pressure but it got so high and i wasnt given a higher dose that my ears started to have a high pitch ringing off and on and than a constant buzzing. Finnally it came down to stroking out or uping my dose myself and i believe i saved my life by doing so cause my blood pressure came down to a pressure i could live with. I told the doctor and he said ya thats a more reasonable dose for you and kept it that way. Now i have to live with my ears all fucked up and there not getting any better at all, so im doing keto again for a second time and going to be working out and give this a honest try to get in shape. Hopefully i can get my pressure down and maybe might buzzing in the ears will get better 🤞.
I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this. As an audiologist, I have seen cases where tinnitus has improved or become barely noticeable when an underlying disease is treated. While there's no guarantee, there is hope it might happen for you too!
It seems to me, that for all doctors and scientists know and understand about Tinnitus, we might as well be back in the days of leaches and bleeding bowls.

Frequencies are all around you , I usually get them in my kitchen by the iPads. Wifi is a signal, our devices have antennas to connect to these signals and frequencies. I haven’t googled anything til now and that’s what I felt was most logical. But here I am lol

I got tinnitus mostly in my left ear, its a loud ringing noise and if I stick a cotton bud in there its very painful, so im guessing that maybe its my ear is inflamed or soemthing
i’ve had tinnitus since i was like eight or so. Some days are worse than others but im doing ok. It causes a bit stress because on top of my anxiety it feels like the world is never truly quiet. I can’t fall asleep in a quiet room, so i have to listen to background noise / a podcast to be able to calm down and fall asleep
both covid and the vaccines can cause or worsen tinnitus, so I think this should lead to new avenues for research for the reason behind it, the hearing loss theory hasn't held up for me. My hearing loss in the high range has been the same for decades, but my tinnitus has gotten worse and worse.

I have constant tinnitus for two years now. Strange thing I am going to tell you is that here in Pakistan we have a local Dry Gin, an alcoholic beverage made by Murree Brewery, whenever I drink it, that is maybe once a month, almost half liter, diluted in water, that makes five or six glasses, my tinnitus goes away for at least a week. Then slowly it comes back. I have no explanation why is this so.
My left ear has been ringing for 3 months straight but i’m use to it now. Sometimes I don’t even notice it until I start wondering if it finally went away.

So I did hearing test w audiologist. Then went to ENT who offered no help. Only comeback and test if wanted. Help?!?!?

I got tinnitus mid June of this year. At first it wasn’t that bad . Then it got really bad about two weeks after. It got so loud right before going to bed. I would wake up every half an hour. This went for about a month. I got a hearing test and came out fine. It’s gotten better for some reason. The only thing I hear are crickets when it’s silent but it doesn’t bother me anymore but it’s not loud. As long as it doesn’t get worse I’ll be happy.
The bad and good thing is that you get used to it.

Where did you get it? I mean the reason that you have tinnitus? One ear or two?
I think I have it in my right ear. I’m not sure where or how I got it. I’m assuming it’s loud noise exposure or stress. Honestly I sometimes forget I have until it’s silent or I remember and I might be focusing on it too much. The first month was the most awful in my life.
@@richierich9696 yes for me too. When I am outside I don’t hear it mostly. When I am at home my mind is there and I don’t have this motivation anymore until it’s gone someday maybe.

I got my tinatus through a crash I had in 94 I was in a coma and my right ear had to be put back on .

I don't get hearing loss. I get More so at night when i get to make a cuppa i get Quite dizzy and sometimes about to be sick. Buzzing sounds in my ears. I do feel i will fall over and hurt myself so i grab hold the kitchen survice for few minutes then after a minute it goes

What if you got loud 'noise' in your ears, not so much ringing, and crackling when swallowing, is this more to do with congestion

I've got a whole radio in my ear sounds like it's playing constantly lol I'm not schizo but I hear noises like my son. Crying or the hoover an hour after I have heard it for real etc.
I had Tinnitus before 8 weeks now. I was at the gym and I lifted heavy. After that came spontaneous during my workout. I didn’t let my breath out and I think it’s came because I had a high blood pressure. Hear test is clear but the ringing is here.. what I must to do? Has someone the same thing?

@@jessealice1006 I just experiencing tinnitus today, while im playing music through speaker im noticing that the song is slightly off tune and gave a little bit echo and then when i stop the music i hear buzzing in my right ear. I read online and a couple youtube videos that this is in fact tinnitus. What do you do to your son to help this situation? im gonna wait 1 days if its going to be better before going to the doctor.

When my son was infected with tinnitus I took him to different doctors all they do is to prescribe some drugs for me to buy but nor of it work was just waste of money and effort till someone recommend me to Dr Oshuku who helped us with his natural herbs tee is been 2years now no tinnitus.

Medical Industry doesn't wasnt to cure anything. No billions of dollars in that. No million dollar houses. No 60 foot boats. No insane investment portfolios. We ALL know this.
Mine is extreme. Both ears SCREAM at night. It started 40 years ago... was small. Now at 65... it HURTS my ears. Its like SIRENS going off non-stop. I can't live with it this loud forever. It never stops. The loudness can not be described. Its SCREAMING at top of lungs inside my head. RING that isn't like a bell... but a HIIIIIIIIIGH Pitched SIREN. It actually hurts!! I don't think its liveable for long.

Don’t give up. I had the same mentality as you. High blood pressure can be a cause for tinnitus. Try breathing exercises . I took magnesium. It does get better. I sometimes forget I have tinnitus. Mine is not completely gone but it doesn’t bother me anymore.
@@richierich9696I also have tinnitus. Started in my left ear, had for long as I can remember. But recently I have now have it my right ear. Not sure how it happened. Maybe with age, I just turned 42. I can deal with the ringing since it's low pitch, but what gets me worried is that I also get fleeting tinnitus. I used to get it like once a month or never at all. But it's been happening more frequently. Has magnesium helped you significantly? I haven't tried it yet.
