Super video. Gracias. If I may write a suggestion, in between the Planks or the "all four" excersices, it is healthier to make some wrist rotation and finger streching, everytime. So that the blood circulation gets up and help with a better feeling in those areas. Considering that lots of womens after 35 start getting discomfort in the hands articulations, I find demanding workouts like this one. A positive plus about the short back streching in between like you do. It´s really good.
Day 4. 💖 Trying these older workouts feel like opening a treasure chest, so many wonderful exercises! Great abs and lower body combo with both videos.✨🔝 This one in particular had some killer sequences, both for the legs and the core as well, really feeling the burn. 🔥

I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but it feels like returning to these more balletic body postures may be helping to rectify a hip concern I've had for 18 months now. This day 2 of your original 4 week challenge for me. I'm trying not to look ahead too much so each day is a surprise!! 💖
I did it today. Not everything I was able to maintain but I did my best and it gave me energy 🤗💓✨ big hugs from Kazakhstan))) I know this might be amazing but yeah, I am doing your classes every day on these #stayhome days. And when I got that beautiful body that will be your contribution. I am deeply appreciated for making these videos free. Hope to everything will be fixed as soon as we get over this transformation time. Taking this opportunity with grace and wishing my best to all who is watching and doing these beautiful routines.
I found this old hidden gem today, what a wonderful surprise. Love it. Btw, you have not changed at all in 6 years, I mean like aged or anything, it is quite impressive so whatever it is you do it clearly works.
Hi Desirée, only you can fit this much intensity into 28 minutes! Omg! I’m totally out of breath. Great class! Thank you. I notice that lately I particularly enjoy the side series, so I was glad to get to them. Them, too 😂! I’m in awe by how strong you are and how beautiful your moves are. Truly inspiring. Thanks again 😘
I started following pilates workout videos on youtube since lockdown and am so happy I came across your channel! The way you give instructions and the movements in general are very good in my opinion - out of all the videos I've watched, I always find myself coming back to your channel and following another dansique fitness workout! I've been doing these for a couple of weeks now and am starting to see the progress: my strength and flexibility have improved and my body is starting to look toned! Thank you so much ❤️ I hope you will continue to post these in the future! 😊 Also, I was wondering if it's normal for hip joints to crack while passing through the straddle split; it doesn't hurt but the sound kind of scares me 😅
Hello Michelle! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely comment! I'm so glad you discovered my channel and you've been enjoying my workouts! Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job...keep up your hard work! And to answer your question...yes, it's normal, my body is constantly cracking and popping...i know it can sound scary, but if it's not painful then you don't have to worry about it. Thank you so much for your love and support! xoxo
Hi there, just started the 4 week challenge yesterday. great stuff just a bit fast, but i will get used to it. i just could not lift both legs in the way you did at the same time. I literally colllapsed in the middle. but.... I will get there... thanks for doing that and i must say i really like your voice... no shrill orders..
Claudia nawenberg Thank you for your kind words and support! And yes, you will get there! It’s a process...just like anything else. Do your best and try not to get frustrated. I promise, if you stay consistent you will get stronger and things that used to be difficult will become easier! If you have Instagram you can follow me @coredefinition and you can use hashtag #dansiquefitnesschallenge on your posts so I can see your progress. Enjoy & have fun! Xoxo
Still faithfully on your 4 week New Year challenge! The question I was meaning to ask for ages is about the helicopter legs: is this OK? My legs massively click around the hip socket (as if coming out and in of the joint). Is this normal for an 58 year old hip joint; is it safe? Otherwise that movement gives no problems and neither do any other. You will pleased to know I can keep up well with all your workouts. I only groan at planks (pet hate due to thin wrists), but I can do them safely.
Yayyy I’m so proud of you…keep going strong! 💪🏼 And don’t worry about the hip popping/clicking! It happens to me too…in fact my whole body is constantly cracking and popping. It’s not really a concern unless it’s causing pain. 🥰💖
This one was though one (but enjoyed it 😬). Also, it’s so nice to see how your videos improved, how you managed to relax a bit, make a witty comment or two! Excellent job! And thank you for your wonderful videos! 🤗
Dansique Fitness C’mon, who doesn’t want lean and sexy legs? 😉 All jokes aside, I enjoy your videos because they’ve taught me so much on proper execution of exercises, they challenge me and because of your witty comments 😁
Maylynno D I’m so glad you loved it! As far as wrists go...it’s common to have pain or discomfort when you’re propped up on your palms in a plank for example. An option is to just rest on your forearms instead OR you can try making fists and propping yourself up on your fists so your wrists are straight. Either of these options will help prevent pain. If you’re going to attempt to prop yourself up on your palms then try taking a moment to circle the wrists while getting the most range of motion possible. 💜💛🧡💖
Fantastic for your legs lower abs and back flexibility, but if I may the title should read legs and lower body, because the whole of your lower body works, full lower body toning! Perfect complement to a cardio session to strenghthen and elongate the muscles. Even if it's all on the mat, some exercises are a killer...
