    Hello Gurumannji, I have lost 30 pounds by cutting n some workout weight and cardio. Now past month few months I am in calories surplus and workout wise doing same workouts and not seeing results. For muscle growth, strength ,what program should I follow since I am eating more?

      Because he already does tons of compound exercises that involve his core.If you are lifting like him you too are also training your core and you have strong core/abs underneath the fat layer.All you have to do is cut down on your body fat percentage to see it.That’s why they say abs are made in the kitchen.
