The thing with Kane and Lynch, is that the characters and story are the main focus. Some people can ignore gameplay and imperfections and just come along for the ride, which is a blast.
I love the Kane & Lynch games, but that's my main issue with both. I feel like Dead Men would be held in high regard if the gameplay was on point too. I like'em more for the titular scumbags than anything. Plus Dog Days had a one-note story. It just gets praise for its aesthetic. I love crime dramas so Dead Men's story is a favorite of mine.
True, but a lot of people prioritise gameplay over anything, so maybe modifying a bit of it surely would help this franchise grow, even though that's not possible.
I would enjoy a proper remaster and really appreciate a real remake. If you consider what’s possible with unreal Engine 5 it´s ridiculous that no one puts money in it
There're thing i want to add for Deadman one - Bad team mate AI ? My brothers in christ, you are their captain so how can you blame them if they don't order where to shoot ( AI will mostly just blind fire to cover you moving). These guy are like their name, they don't fear anything if you send them to their dead as long as you know how to use them, especially in those final Cuba chapters. - There're Smoke and Tear Gas to Cover yourself and your Team while or needed to be revived.

I loved the multiplayer in K&L 2. Wish the player base had stuck around longer.
