The old animation was ahead of its time back then. The show was canceled only because it was too expensive to keep making it. I like the old animation and the new one.

This whole season is really taking me back to the 90s. The storytelling is fantastic.
It was great. Beau Demayo did say these last few episodes were going to be great. Oh and the reveals at the end 🤯🔥
The only thing that bugged me was the distinct lack of the grenades and I remember clear as day the gun he had that used to shoot shit and blow them the f*ck up. He shot a car and energy encased it and blew up - where - is - that - gun. Do the math, if Magneto could release that, you telling me he couldn't use it on Sentinels?? That's just my nitpick, otherwise it was pretty good and extra points for Spider-man cameo
He had to go to the magnetic pole to do that
He was focused on protecting the mutants he says it in ep 5 protect as many as you can and the poles the earth have the strongest magnetic fields on earth & can basically amplify him to stellar levels
Thought he would have given it 5 out of 5 Woooo’s because of Spider-Man

Everything about this episode had my jaw dropped! Fantastic and omg...was that Simon Templeman as Dr doom?! His original VA from the Fantastic Four cartoon...and fking Kain from legacy of Kain?! Aaaaaaah

OK…so they are DEFINITELY building up to the coming of Annihilus. I am convinced at this point. Bastion was fantastic but there’s definitely more going on behind scenes.

Glad they made cyclopes a better character, sad they seemed to have downgraded Wolverine this season as he used to be the best.
They are staying true to comic Scott, he is being shown as the Leader he’s meant to be.
