cos aside from his attacks on the F4 and the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Doom never knowingly committed mass genocide on innocent civilians.

The thing is that "tolerance is extinction" can be understood a number of ways. The one way I haven't seen anyone mention is tolerating racism, or in other words, the idea exemplified by the poem, "First they came..."
Humans, by tolerating the sentinels wiping out mutants, is effectively paving the way to their own extinction.
And what do you want them to do? Throw rocks at them?
This episode was what secret invasion supposed to be this was excellent.
Hell this series is what X-MEN was supposed to be from 2000-2020 in the movies.

I had a full nerdgasm during this episode and that was before my favorite X-Men character of all time OMEGA RED showed up.
I grew up thinking Omega Red & Silver Samurai were the biggest threats rights after Apocalypse. I don’t think it’s an accident 2 more of the most human hating mutants are about to go on a rampage.

The prime sentinels were intelligent enough to change tactics in the presence of wealthy, powerful humans when detaining Roberto, they actually stopped & looked around, moments earlier they were definitely trying to kill them
The Waitress Easter egg has to be the craziest one I've ever seen. Both it being made and being found. Wow.
Next episode should start with Scott clocking Charles in the jaw so hard it takes both Jean and Wolverine to pull him off. Nothing would make the point of how bad things are better than that.

ok on the part 3:37 its jeans mask from the old generation , on 3:54 that symbol is beast's and when you go to 4:06 into the video you can see it again but with more symbols scott, jean, iceman, angel and beast i think cable was referring to on how the X-Men was formed while nimrod was doing his master plan in the past
They keep showing that picture of the original 5 X-Men but still haven't acknowledged Warren as having been an X-Man yet. We saw him on Genosha though.

I got so giddy when the series mentioned Absolute Points and seeing the Sacred Timeline.
That Wolverine/Nightcrawler combo move is the dopest shot in the MCU hands down. I must've rewatched it 10 times. It was the cold ass look Nightcrawler had he bamfed them outside for me.

@11:59 The quote people like to throw around is "Blood is thicker than water." BUT the FULL quote is "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb." Meaning, the relationships we CHOOSE to have are far more important to us than the relationships that we're born into.
There was a scene in the episode where Mr.Sinister fantasizes about " pig pins filled to the brim with mutant test subjects" that is a reference to his roll in the Age of Apocalypse storyline.
The robot on the Stark Expo magazine looks like Rosey the Robot from The Jetsons cartoon.

Probably the funniest part of the Spiderman cameo, for me personaliy, is the idea that he sees the effects of the electromagnetic waves, and his immediate thoughts could be to blame either Electro or... Shocker.
Cue the belltower Symbiote Spiderman scene, where the best line delivery in Marvel cartoon history happens.

A pretty cool detail was that Nightcrawler attacking the prime sentinels was accompanied by Mozart, just like his White House attack in X2
I liked it when they visited Bastions childhood home and his mom turned into a prime sentinel, it reminded me of when Harry and Hermione visited his old home/village (when he was a baby) and Nagini changed and attacked them which also (in the book) took place in 1997
I thought that same thing! Same chilling vibe that something was going to happen at any given time then, BAM!

The mask icon is definitely Marvel Girl's (Scarlet Witch's isn't a mask, it's more like a tiara). And the footprint icon, I think it is Beast's because later (4:07 in your video) those same 2 icons are shown along with 3 other icons that, when seen together, represent the 5 original X-men: Cyclops (visor icon), Jean (mask icon), Iceman (snowflake icon), Angel (halo icon) and Beast (paw icon). From the Jean icon comes a DNA icon and then an icon of a pacifier, I imagine alluding to baby Nathan.

The mastermold plastic duplicates do not make any sense how can you create something that clearly is mechanical and has electrical components to it without using any type of metal? I don’t think plastic is conductive, also plastic melts soooooo there’s another flaw in plastic sentinels
I was thinking the same thing but I came up with: The body and frame could be made of super strong polymers and the electrical components and wires could be fiber optics which is made of glass and is probably allot better than using metal
since the gynosha thing is a absolute point then we should see it once the x-men come to the MCU

Doubt we will. Genosha is going to take a lot of build up if that's the case.
@@chrispan3033 Depends on what they'd be going for. Truthfully it doesn't need that much buildup to just convey: mutants exist, they felt persecuted in their countries so they founded their own, then it got attacked, but it really does have a ton more emotional impact and meaning if it's built up over a couple movies before the tragedy.
My earlier point to the OP was only that just because it's called an absolute point in an animated universe doesn't guarantee or require it to happen in live action. Absolute points just refer to things that happen in the universe that a time traveler cannot change, and those could be very different events or the same in different universes. The studio is also not going to handcuff themselves to having to depict that in their movie simply because another medium did it if it wasn't in the plans.
The little cameo with Spidey was work it alone.

I think that wolverine is the key to cure to change the prime sentinels back to humans. Wolverine healing factor create the antibodies needs for beast to make a cure.

@@ArtofLunatik Onslaught is not in the Age of Apocalypse storyline. Also many cartoons / films have adapted the storyline. It's one of the most well known X-Men events in comics.

How does wolverine know "Magneto declared war!" ?? How does he know he's alive? They all thought he died on genosha. Plus ... How do they know it's a worldwide EMP if there is no electricity and therefore no communication?

Also, they presumably know (from beast) that the sentinels were worldwide, yet the sentinels all stopped coming. Even if beast hasn’t told them yet, they were in different locations (Wolverine and co at the mansion, summers family elsewhere) and the emp happened both places. It’s not a big logic leap.

This 24:23 part hurts. I never noticed "humans for Genosha." It's true that some mutants are still humans.
All mutants are humans.
But in the process magneto has proved the opposition right a legitimate concern is that of mutant turning their power against the human population. And magneto was not doing this to a select area ,but to the whole world. He has inadvertently killed hundreds of not thousands ,but cutting off power for life support, and caused vehicular crashes worldwides.
He didn’t prove the opps right. He proved himself to be right because, they struck first.
All the cameos had me hyped up!!
I know this and many other channels are experts in live action marvel, but can we just let marvel animation exist in their own separate universe? I’m more interested in further expanding an animated Marvel universe than I am tying it back to live action MCU. (That was always my issue with what if, is that it was so closely connected to live action)
Imagine a marvel animated universe that has Spiderman x-men, Ironman, and fantastic four telling their own stories free to have their own space in their own independent universe.
