I've done this workout around 20 times already and I must say I really like it. I can do hundreds of reps of abs exercises without being sore the next day, but this one I can feel alright. I give you the thumbs up at the end of the video - each time - like you you do to the viewers :) Whenever someone says they don't have time to workout I always talk to them about this video, 10 mins and sweat will be dripping from your nose... thanks Alex! keep up the good work!
Great Excercise, thank you... But maybe can you add a sound or alarm when you change positions cause it's hard to tell when you move and I can't be looking at the video and exercising at the same time... thanks again 💪💪
I started counting how many I do in the time he does his and that tells me when I need to change but I also glance at the video to make sure I'm pretty much staying in basic time
@allen you can count as Vicki suggested or put a clock with a seconds hand in your eye view or another which is slightly harder is using your clock app there is a stop watch on it but you will need to know the exercises you are doing though so write them out .all the best 💪👍
I know people say you should confuse the muscle but I have done this 3 times a week ever since this video has came out with a day of rest in between each ab workout and with a good diet and I have had amazing results it’s all about consistency😂

I'll definitely give this a go. I think I'll start with some breaks to ease myself in but as the weeks go on I'll phase it out and it should go smoothly. Every week I ought to come back to remind myself.
Playdust that is because you store more fat in your lower stomach, when you get abs you always get your top first then the lower are harder, you need to lose weight so you could do cardio and also eat less calories than your body needs.

Maxime If you are on a good diet and are at a low enough body fat then yes, you will be able to get decent abs from doing this. You probably won’t get a six pack but you will have “abs” and they will look good. Really depends on your body fat. The app he is probably using is Interval Timer Hope this helped👍
kutay agir well you could get a sixpack...but u would have to be at a low body fat and it would require a lot of work. Even really basic gym equipment helps a lot with abs. Ive just uploaded a progression of my abs on instagram, i use pretty much all body weight. Only equipment i use is a bar for knee ups. If you want to check my progression so you can get an idea of what bodyweight can do, my account is runfaster_trainharder 8 pack is impossible with just bodyweight. Pretty sure you need to be on some roids/fat burners to get them. Of course some people can get them natty but I doubt many people are natty with an 8 pack
Lol u guys 6 or 8 pack is purely based on genetics I am 14 I have abs but there isnt the vertical line between them due to my genetics so technically I have a 3 pack I am on 10℅ bf 5'6
Bilal Ahmad be careful, and do whatever feels comfortable. Make sure you are tensing in your abs to protect the back. As you get stronger your back can get better
shrededasfuark Lower back pain can also be caused by abs that are too strong compared to glutes and spinal erectors, so deadlifts would actually help. Bottom line: don't listen to youtube comments and get a professional examination if you have chronic pain.
You probably also have anterior pelvic tilt. your low back pain is probably due to a weak core or very strong lower back, so basically when you do ab movement requiring more strength than your core has, hip flexors take over and yourback arches a bit. just stick to the basics : crunches, planks, and reverse crunches, no leg raises. also try deadbugs, they are very effective
Calisthenics and yoga completely eliminated my back pain. It took a little time to know what helped and what didn't...just listened to my body and kept at it. Now, despite what the MRI told me I knew I could heal. And after 1.5 years...wow. And THANK YOU Alex and others who put time and effort into making and posting these inspirational videos online. My wife gets sort of jealous now when I walk around on the beach...that's kinda fun.
