Playdust that is because you store more fat in your lower stomach, when you get abs you always get your top first then the lower are harder, you need to lose weight so you could do cardio and also eat less calories than your body needs.

I started counting how many I do in the time he does his and that tells me when I need to change but I also glance at the video to make sure I'm pretty much staying in basic time
@allen you can count as Vicki suggested or put a clock with a seconds hand in your eye view or another which is slightly harder is using your clock app there is a stop watch on it but you will need to know the exercises you are doing though so write them out .all the best 💪👍

I’m only 13 and have a tendency to eat a lot of junk... put I still try maintaining a 6 pack, what is a good way to 1: not eat so much junk, and not want to all the time (I have really bad self control) 2: is this good for a 13 year old 3: how long will this take to be noticeable And finally: how often should I do this? Because I try working out my legs quiet often too because I am a football kicker, should I rotate each day? Or what?

Lazar Stankovic Good diet, a bit of cardio and training your abs 3-4 times a week should get you some abs. Depends on genetics. If your naturally a bigger person will take you a long time, if your naturally skinny and lean it will only take a few months.

M. Usman Akhter hi buddy! Thank you! This is good for gaining shape and tone to your abs. To lose fat you should focus on nutrition , cardio and a full body resistance plan as well!
TRTLC Do it 3-4 times a week. Your abs are like any other muscle. They need time to repair and grow. Abs are easy to train, just gotta be consistent. And yes it will eventually be easy.
