I linked the filmer lines best, but I worked harder for the tripod line. It just feels good to finally be putting things together. Appreciate your support. Stay Rad My Friend.
That's awesome. It will build great work ethic and resilience in them. In 2006-7 I tried to get my kids into it. They didn't bite. So I let it go. It was until December of 2017 that I went all in for me. Stay Rad.
Let’s go when you have someone filming you just changes how footage looks. definitely take care of yourself as well. Love to hear that a lot is going on and great things are happening. Looking forward to it all working out for you.
Life is full of transition. And transition times come with risk. However if we are aware of the risks we can mitigate it. Having a filmer is awesome. Brain kept me hyped. Stay Rad my friend. 💯🙏
That was it.... Ha. Honestly I think I have lost some quick twitch muscles as I have gotten a bit older and my body is a little slow to react. I need to exercise quicker movements and try and get them back. I normally skate in shorts. Not sure why I wore pants that day, it was still summer. But I looked cool 😂. Thanks for checking the video. Stay Rad, I appreciate you.
Man, you always stick with it until you get the make, nice! Looking forward to the collabs with the other skaters and cheers to finishing up the bachelor's degree soon!
It was a good trip down to Orlando. We didn't over UA-cam it. Just an honest session with a bit of humor. I don't know how to quit. If I invest that much time, I must get it or all that time was wasted. Stay Rad Sir.
Back on track! Nice lines ! Line are hard but so satisfying! Keep it up Sir and stay Rad. I had a pretty goo session and already uploaded it. Have a great day!
Glad you had a good session. I just pulled up to my session. I will definitely check your video later. Stay Rad Sir. Always appreciate your skate support.
Loved the lines but more so the dedication and resiliency. Skateboarding teaches that, more than any other sport I've played. Thanks for the killer vid! Heelflips on lock ;)
Appreciate you checking it out. I don't know how to quit. Sometimes I wish I did. You are absolutely right, skaters are constantly building resilience. They will go far in whatever they choose in life. Stay Rad
I always enjoy your videos Anthony when ever they come out. I'm a big fan of a line of tricks. I think you really showed the enjoyment of landing a line after all the hard work. Congratulations.
Appreciate you, Craig. You are a true OG. Working on the lines with the filmer is a lot better. Having someone out there that has your back keeps you out of your head. We will keep pushing and making videos. Thanks for being a part of it. Stay Rad Sir.
I am just nose slide guy 😂. I really need to work on something else. Soon I will have more time to skate during the week. I think that will help. Thanks for. Checking in 💯🙏 Stay Rad
yeah long time not see, i know the editing part is sometimes hard and you want skate more and all day. but very good to see a sign of live. Keep doing line filming, is the best. 💪💪💪
Good to see you back! I got a shirt from DaBoyz too to try to help them start their channel. That Braille situation is crazy. I’ve been off my board most of the year due to injuries but I’ve started back up recently. Unfortunately it’s like starting all over again 😂. Hopefully I be back to some skate videos soon!
I had to support the guys. Mogely is a friend and Nigel is a Veteran. Take it easy coming back. The worst thing would be to get reinjured and set back more. Appreciate you checking in. Thank you. Stay Rad
Awesome! Glad to see you're safe and all is good. I knew you were in NC but didn't know where. Seems like everyone I know and follow in North Carolina got hit by the storm one way or another. Anyway, good to see you're still ripping and picking up new tricks!
Thank you. We are safe. My daughter had just moved to Orlando so that was stressful as well. Praying for the people in Western NC and we are sending some help. We are a resilient Country and we will pull together, we always do when it matters.
I feel that way sometimes when it comes to lines as well. I'll have tricks down so consistently when I try to put them together on film back to back. It doesn't always go to plan. You had that look in your eyes. I can really see how happy where to go back out and skate.
I have been skating, just not editing. Lines are different for sure. That is what skating should be. I want to enjoy the whole park and not battle a single trick for hours. All in time I guess. Thanks for checking in. I appreciate you Sir. Stay Rad
Good lord that’s great flat ground in 6 years of Saturdays. At two years I’m still trying to Ollie over things. Out of curiosity what Adidas are you wearing in the video?
I have worn the Adidas Tyshawn's (1s) for 4 of the 6 years I have skated. They last and they protect. I have tried other shoes, but the Tyshawn's are the best for me. When I first started I went to the park 2 hours a day for a month and worked on nothing but rolling ollie's (800 calories per session). I need to do that again. My Ollie has lost a lot of pop. Keep at it and stay Rad Sir.
Yes man! good to see another vid. Great line, you really pushed through to get it. I really want to start getting some lines too, just need someone to film and be patient with me!! Good luck finishing your study, ive got my graduation soon for my post graduate certificate in education... never too old for any of these things! Like you i will always skate. Look forward to more vids
Congrats on your graduation. I personally never made it a priority in my first career and now it seems like an unnecessary requirement that really only helps get you in the door. I get they need to have left and right limits. We don't need guys like me saying we are experts in film and editing and pro skaters with no credentials 😂.
@@AdventuresInSkateboarding yeah it’s all about getting the foot in the door! Helps getting the extra money too! I think it’s good for our children to see us still progressing still at our age, hopefully it rubs off on them
@@TheHypotheticalSkater my kids beat me to the degree 😂. The first career will end with 30 years invested with no challenges left to concur. So time to find the next path. It is going to be a wild ride at 48/49.
Rowan is full of good people. That is the best way to put it. You know who is going to be there and at what time. It is a community and I am grateful for it. The Ville is not Cali but it has become home. I grew up for 19 years in San Diego.
Looks good! That’s a great effort, but you probably learned a lot. I tend to try to not let myself get frustrated. I try not to let my mind wonder to outcomes I don’t want, which happens a lot if things aren’t coming together quickly. I personally, depending on the trick I’m trying, visualize how I saw it best done, by who, in what video, to what song, and then I play that perfect version in my head to that same song in the video I first saw it in, in my head as I approach it. That’s my method anyways. The other is finding combos that work to set me up for the next trick with foot positioning and proper speed. Take the time to set the foot right in one go of it’s off. I noticed you needed more speed for that heel up the bank right flat. Good work though!!
Great method. Speed is my biggest hang-up in skating. I definitely need to skate faster. I lose board control at speed. I am working on it. If I can fix the speed, I think a lot more will come together. Thanks for checking it out and sharing your method. Stay Rad Sir.
@@AdventuresInSkateboarding yeah, even an extra push would’ve given you the speed you needed up the bank for the heel. I know speed is often a confidence thing, but going a bit faster up the bank than you do normal heels will balance out as you lose speed on the incline. Plus you’ll have more setup and pop time cause you can snap earlier and still land at the same spot. Imagine flip going up rather than flip once you’re there. Once your there, the catch gets hard cause gravity wants to finish by pulling you back down before you’ve landed. So if you’re already inclined to be at a disadvantage there, it also makes washing out more likely, like that slam you had. If you had used your speed to pop and flick earlier, you could’ve caught it still going up the incline landed before gravity wants you going backwards, stomped it securely and then engaged your Roll back into fakie.
I feel the same. Trying to connect multiple tricks into lines is so hard and so much work. Is that a Team Pain skatepark? Seeing it from the other side made me realize how much it looks like Slocum out of Denver. Psyched to see you back. 👊👍
It is a Team pain Park. There is a big bowl on the uper level too. The lines are definitely work. I am not sure if it is connected to my back and never damages or experience. I have trouble transitioning the muscles to the next trick. I will just keep pushing until either there is progression or the body breaks in half. Those are the only options. Stay Rad Sir.
@@AdventuresInSkateboarding Hah! I’m the same. Try it until I get it or until my body can’t function any more. On days when I do that, I need like 3 days to recover. 👊
