    storiedskateboarding.com/prod...
Now that the professionals have spoken, it's your turn...what do you think is the most famous 360 flip ever done? Not the biggest, longest or fastest...the most famous. Not who has the best 360 flip or the hardest 360 flip ever either. The small batch that we interviewed, narrowed it down to Chris Cole at Wallenberg and Chris Joslin at Davis Gap with Josh Kalis at LOVE Park right there with them. It may be impossible to say and it may be completely dependent on the generation you grew up skating in. So let us know in the comments below! This video features pro skaters such as Jamie Thomas, Geoff Rowley, Paul Rodriguez, Aaron Jaws Homoki, Torey Pudwill, Bucky Lasek, Jeremy Wray, Sean Malto, Stefan Janoski, Ryan Sheckler, Dave Bachinsky, Mark Appleyard, Felipe Gustavo, Colin Mckay, Antwuan Dixon, Danny Way, Wade Desarmo, Jason Lee, Kris Marcovich, Johnny Layton, Andrew Brophy and more. With footage from skate brands such as Plan B, Zero, Emerica, Fallen, Baker, Toy Machine, Flip, Etnies, DGK and more. Special Thank You to Photographers Kyle Camarillo and Joey Shigeo and Videographers Jamie Thomas and Erik Bragg. Only 50 print plaques were made and all hand designed by Chris Cole. It’s crazy that the most famous tricks are makes. You really don’t hear anymore of the “I heard so and so tried this”. A true pro knows what they’re capable of

I skated in the 90's and Kris Markovich's 360 flip in the Prime video.
Geoff Rowley's 360 flip down those stairs (forgot name of place).

Brophy's over the table was actually innnnsane! Westgate is so crispy clean. Bastien and Arto are some of my favorites. Shane and Mike mo...like Antwuan made tres look super clean effortless and buttery. Coles tre means more to me, the time period.... but Joslin's was the hardest.

  • @robowenmikels

I love a lot of 360 flips...which is a weird statement to make but one that is factually, true. The treflip is still one of the most impressive maneuvers to me. It just looks so perfect and incredible. It looks like it was meant to be. It's the trick that if you can do it, consistently, you're the man. Plain and simple. If all you could do was a treflip, fast, and make it look stylish, you'd still be a boss. It's that quintessential of a trick.
I can't even begin to tell my favorite or most impactful (to me) 360 flip but some of Jamie Thomas's were influential to me in the late 90s. Kalis for sure - I bought the DC video from the skate shop... Photosynthesis, too. Jason Lee, I saw a clip of him 360 flipping off a curb cut, in the early 90s, before I ever skated. Of course the GOAT, Mullen, seeing what he could do with the 360 flip in Round 2, forget about it! Got that one from the shop, too, with my homie and we watched it in his Gpa's van (that we later found out he picked up hookers in, hence the tv/vcr hookup lmao I couldn't make this ish up) and by the time we got home, it was "time, time for some Axion". Marc Johnson is a 360 flip technician, he can do them into a manual and still look like he's about to take a nap - That's impressive AF lol. Super smooth, super tech. There's so many more that I would feel the need to mention because these, only scratch the surface.
At the end of the day, it's good that skateboarding can have these kinds of discussions because skateboarding is what keeps skateboarding, alive, and talking about skateboarding is good for that. It's good to celebrate an activity like skateboarding and to talk about it's milestones and it's highlights. Nobody else is going to do it. Remember, this was an outsider activity and still, is. It's up to the people that are doing it to shape it's legacy. This type of stuff is the only way, that's getting done and I'm glad for it.
