I only clicked because of Westgate but stayed for the spot selection and great filming that made everything look so alive. Take this over 99% of the stuff being filmed nowadays. No inspiration, creativity or love anymore it feels like. This is where skateboarding truly lives and stays alive in my opinion.

Might be video of the year for me. All parts were absolute madness. Jamie’s Switch Krook 360 Flip out made me so stoked and that 50-50 down and up the rail. Jesus
Right now, he is the best skater in the world in my view. Sure, some people spin, late flip, and do crazy stuff, but Foy does more impressive stuff sticking to the basics. No one else in the world can fakie flip nosegrind this rail, or flip 50-50 the other rail. He does not need to go circus make it f**king insane. Amazing stuff.
Both those fakie flip tricks down the 9 stair were NBD fairly sure. Seen him do em on skatepark rails but not in the street til now. He did that fakie flip to fakie front crook down a rail in the Dickies vid. That fakie ollie gap out to back lip was nuts. Then the gap over 7 flat 12, to 50 the 12 stair wtf. I think that last trick on the rainbow rail was a front feeble? Thought it was a back Smith the first time I watched but under scrutiny it looks like he hit it frontside. Foy has gotta be SOTY '24

Brandon Westgate was one of my favorite skaters growing up, he’s the reason I skated emericas. Haven’t seen any of his video parts in a minute so I’m glad to see he’s still rippin.
Its been a while since I've waited this eager for a video to drop. Tiago, Westgate and Foy all skate unique and so good in their own way. Brandon Westgate is king of huge gaps but can pretty much skate whatever he wants. Tiago has one of the highest pops and ability to lock into longest grinds especially switch and nollie. And Foy might be the best or is definitely one of the best rail skaters in the world. Westgate and Foy are 2/4 of my all time fav's, were a huge influence on me as a filmer and I got to meet Brandon Westgate in 2023 in Vancouver on Go Skate Day, so sick! Living in Edmonton Canada and today we got the first huge hit of snow, I'm stuck at work and kinda depressed that winters here and it will be months before I'm skating and filming outside again. This was a good day for this video to drop, gonna push through the shitty times where the weather holds me and many more back from being able to do what we enjoy. Live just to know there will be more days to point the camera and show a beautiful trick in slowmo. Saving the video to watch later when I can enjoy it but I definitely needed this today so thank you New Balance and Thrasher
