@PURE Thanks for this video I am sending this to a restaurant that makes a lemon peel infusion. They are using a hand zester to zest two cases of lemon. About a day's work.

Do you have a video showing the actual juicing process of the citrus? I’d like to see that part…when you wrap it in the press cloth etc

We are going to post a short video next week where we juice oranges. It is a new technique that is very fast and easy.

Can you do lemons on that?

    • @Purejuicer

Yes but be sure it is secure and best if they are even in shape.

Which grid plate allows the pulp to come thru but holds back the skins on apples like Charlotte did with her carrot apple mush mixture on her Norwalk Juicer in her food preparation video?
Would you please demonstrate this grid plate on the Pure Juicer please?
    Thank you 🙏

Why do you want the pith?

I love the flavor it adds to the juice. I line the addition of some of the bitter aromatics associated with the pith and skin. Orange juice can be complex and subtle, the pith really add flavor nuance and complexity.

I lost interest and stopped watching after the first 1.5 minutes. I got tired of watching a guy talk when what I wanted to see was a demonstration.

Hey George, you're right I should've peeled an orange sooner, sorry about that. The peeling starts at 1:30

@@Purejuicer No problem. Turns out it is easier and faster to peel an orange manually with a peeling knife or an orange peeler. There is a video on UA-cam that shows how fast an orange can be peeled manually.

@@george5120 Perhaps, but motorized peelers are nice when you are doing volume. For the amount many of PURE's customers juice, it's nice to have the amenities.

@@Purejuicer you're exactly right. i was processing a 5lb bag of carrots and 5lb bag of oranges for bulk juicing for the week and peeling all the oranges manually wasn't necessarily difficult but it was time consuming and most annoying to me MESSY. juice everywhere unless i took the time to be more delicate. this is so much cleaner and you get way more pith which is what i want. amazing product i am saving up for one! ty george and pure team.
