That's a beauty. If they ever make this with straight axles, I'm all over it. If they give me the option to mount the servo on chassis, I'll buy two. Really impressed with the FMS electronics.
@@MR.TOYBOX The first fcx10 LC80 (the gray one with red and yellow stickers) has straight axels. The new release fcx10P LC80 (the blue one) has portal axels.
I have a few FMS scale crawlers & am very pleased with them. My only complaint about the LC80 is the weird kink in the front fender flares above the tire as seen in a side view, which isn't on the 1:1 LC80.
Great Video ! It may come fully feature packed but the quality is not in line with Axial or Traxxas in my opinion. For me I would rather have better quality with way better aftermarket parts support.
My LC80 pro came with mix matched front shocks. One from the LC80 regular and 1 for the LC80 Pro. Also missing license plate, not too worried about the plastic license plate but bummed to know that the shocks arnt correct on the chassis. Still pleased with the chassis tho.
The thing I have with FMS my FJ40 made by F.M S Snapped an axle That's got me a little bit buzz.I still haven't replaced it yet Two and a half mo 1/2mo out of the broke
I wish just one manufacturer would make one of these faster. Every stinking one goes no faster than 13 mph, and those are the absolute fastest. You can't tell me they can't make one with low speed control but also able to do 25 mph. I think a larger group would buy them then. People who buy bashers would buy them but they won't buy ones that top out at 7 to 13 mph. You can't get out run a turtle at those speeds.
That’s exactly what I want I’m new to crawling as I always been a basher guy but just got into crawling the one thing I’d love is a set up that can crawl and also do light bashing
I am planning to buy traxxas slash 1/10 2WD.But confused between 2 versions XL-5 and BL-2S. Can anyone clarify the difference between them.Which is the best
Why there is no panhard? Hhh... Maybe mention about F servo on axle in a "scale" rig, absurd! Radio just glued on battery trey, is this beta version? Shill Shill Shill But hey, some will by this anyway.
This looks a lot like a Traxxas TRX 4. I could understand why Traxxas is taking other RC companies to court , and after all the engineering Traxxas has innovated they should take litigation against companies that are blatantly copying Traxxas.
It very cool to FMS step up their quality, I’m sure this will sell well.

The axles are not straight ? So it's ifs?
The first one is straight axles.
@@allandebuff1416 I see there portals. I thought they were straight axle.

Their 1:18 LC80 has the proper shaped fender flare
There is a revised version with the proper rounded shape now
Thanks!
What a nice package, great value! I really like the body colours.
The protective thing under the diff does look like it may catch on stuff.

I was wondering when crawlers would start coming with brushless systems. It’s about time.
I have one from about 4 years ago that has a factory sensors brushless setup.
@@smithandshortdogsI have a redcat gen8 axe edition, came out 5 years ago with a brushless system 👍
@ryand4786 what he said. Also a reefs servo.
And the GT5 radio control system
@ yessir 👍
I love the one style rims
I thought one of the FMS models had the ability to turn the turn signals off. No matter, great review as always Greg.
Fms took the lighting play out of the new bright play book and made it better
Does it take the k5 body?

@petequad yes Traxxas do have patents and copyright.

3:28 No, they do not reduce torque twist
Looks like a ancient sidewinder esc

Did they send you the chaser????
I like rc4wd but might switch team to fms haha

I think I like control her but I don't particularly care for the dark blue.Maybe a red or green or something else👍🚚🚚🚚
Sounds like you could swap out an arrma box receiver and get it water proof
Not a huge fan of all the switchable items. Lots more to go wrong.
Too bad they killed the dealer program for canada.

Traxxas wouldn't do any better suing a Chinese company for copying their design than BMW did.
Do they have a patent on these rc designs?
