I am here I love the water I have wanting to do Water Therapy and Aerobics. I have a lot of back issues Neck, Mid and Sacral herniations. I am going to have laproscopic surgery by the end of the year. I want to however lose weight I need to lose 20 pounds so I can have my hernia surgeries I have 3 hernias. I am 46 and Want to live along time If I don’t start now MY CAR AKA BODY IS GONNA BREAK DOWN. THANNK YOU FOR THIS!!!

Are there exercises best to be done in shallower water? If so, what are they are why? For example squatting, I've seen versions in deep water and shallow. Is one more effective than the other? Your insight would be appreciated.

Hi Vicki, maybe you’re too deep in the pool. Try to perform the exercise in the more shallow water. Also using water shoes can help with better traction and grip to the bottom of the pool.
Ok. So I did this on today and I love this. I was sweating, didn’t feel exhausted and felt great. Highly recommend❤

I just did this workout and my shoulders feel very sore. I think I need to stretch them more. But I love the burn I got. Thank you!

I really need the aqua fit workout for my Arthritis but don’t you think the session is to long?
What size bouys do I need? Small medium large?
The bigger the size the more resistance you have. I use the medium in this video.

what’s the best way to make your toes stay on the pool bottom when doing some of the exercises? Is it just strong core?
