Love Aqua fit. Lucky to have a gym with a pool and Aqua fit classes, feel so refreshing and great exercise, use the weights in the water and muscles will hurt!!
I'm glad to see you doing this. I came up with this as well.... I'm doing covering 3 axis on the shoulders, biceps, triceps, even forearms.... Have a routine as well for core and lower body. I have not done the whole body twist though... will have to integrate that. May I ask, what is your profession? Do you do this sort of thing professionally? I'm just a business analyst, and already retired from the Navy. Thanks! Great video, great food for thought. Will integrate the twist.

I've been doing many of these exercises every day in the pool of the club I frequent, it's shallow (it has has a depth that varies from the waist to the chest), round and has about 90 meters in circumference, plus it's great for running in water! Last month alone i lost about 4,400 kilograms! Just a hint, you should add the exercices names and title stamps for each one in the progress bar of your video! I love to use this to jump from the exercises i know for the ones i don't know or to quickly find the topic of the video i'm interested in!

These are the webbed gloves, it’s optional in case you want to add more resistance. You can find it here: www.amazon.com/shop/mormovement (look it up under Water workouts tab).
When your arms are lifted, and you move them backward, you should stop at the body’s midpoint to protect the shoulders & not go backward from there. If your arms are straight down, then you may move them backward past the midpoint.
Thank you for your comment. My shoulders are feeling great! I move them within the range of motion that I have in my shoulder joints while maintaining a good posture. This is my approach for healthy people with no injuries :)

You can possibly do 15-20 reps or around a minute for each exercise.
