I have gone from 210lbs to 185lbs in 9 weeks doing pool workouts 3 days a week and using whole foods plant based diet with intermittent fasting 12 to 18 hrs a night. I work out on an empty stomach. I'm 62 with RA and CKD stage 3. If I can do it anyone can. 😊

Excellent workout. Definitely don’t need to actually touch the ankles for the ankle-Touch moves. A lot of people have bad backs and knees but the basic movement can be done safely. Also, I love your Roxy rash guard.!!

I only thought my legs were in decent condition from walking and doing pool exercises on my own! I did this workout yesterday morning and my calves are screaming at me! 😂
These are low impact workouts and in the water there’s much less pressure on the joints. However, I will highly recommend consulting your health care provider or PT.
