I'm new subscriber I would love to shrink my arms and tone them , flat my stomach , burn the inner thigh fat I have a little that it bothers when I walk all my jeans get damage from that area.. I'm into crossfit but I don't see no change 😕 for what I want for my body. Yes I'm getting stronger but not in a feminine way like my waist and stomach are not shrinking. My arms are getting bigger when I wanted skinny arms but they have us do to much weights and push-ups. My lower body it's not growing its shrink my inner thigh fat it's still not gone it's worst. I was size 4 on jeans and medium on shirts. I was looking to get that hour glass figure but didn't get that.

Hi Rebecca, it’s an old Nike swimsuit I bought online a few years ago. I love it as well, wish I bought two of them lol. Not sure they’re still making it but I’m sure you can find something online ;)

Great workout but some of the crossing leg kicks not good for my osteoarthritis knees!
