Great summary. Just two things (nitpicks at this point): 1. Monarchs aren't necessary for a Paladin to run Spirit. Normal Targes can drop with up to 4 slots, allowing Paladins to run with Spirit early into Normal. 2. Ancient Tunnels (Hell) is suboptimal for farming as Plague Bearers are magic immune. Stony Tomb would be a better L85 farming spot in A2.
