You've asked for recommendations for RTS games. Here are my personal favorites: WarCraft III StarCraft StarCraft II Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge Command & Conquer: Generals I could give out some more but I don't want to overwhelm you with vast amount of titles since you claimed that you never played an RTS game before so you should check these games out(especially the ones with the "Craft" titles on 'em because the control scheme and the HUD of the RTS mod you are playing are kinda similar) since they're easier to swallow than the other titles I've played before.
Reason why The Ferrous Wroughtnaut was weak is because it has 40 health and is supposed to be invincible say for the hole where the diamond sword is embedded which is it’s weak point but it’s invincibility was interfered by the RTS mod
15:23 “if you have any *RTS recommendations* put them in the comments.” You should check out Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, Stronghold: Crusaders HD, or Starcraft II. They’re all classics and still great today. Out of those three, Age of Empires II looks the most similar to the Minecraft RTS mod in terms of gameplay.
Seconding stronghold crusader; it's not a very 'traditional RTS', but the upside to this is that it requires way less 'speed' than most other RTSes and it's a widely renowned classic that holds up to this day with a uniquely balanced emphasis on both the economic aspects and the military tactics aspect of gameplay. There's also a healthy variety of AI opponents of varied difficulty levels to face, so if you're new to the game you can just play against "The Rat" or "The Sultan", etc.
I think what would be a good idea is Two Teams, 4 players and one rts view, and it's basically Castle siege The RTS player can only defend, while the 4 players with them is the only one able to attack Each team is given a set amount of time to strengthen themselves
If you're looking for medieval-style low-unit RTSs, you're likely going to want to look at the king and standard by which they are compared: Age of Empires 2. If you are OK with more modern or sci-fi aesthetic, Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 alongside Total Annihilation are another gold standard, . Other games you may want to check out are the Warcraft and Starcraft serieses. I personally am more partial to something like Mindustry, but that's more factory automation, despite having some RTS elements. Supreme Commander/Zero-K/Beyond All Reason and other Total Annihilation inspired games usually lean more heavily into high unit counts, and that's where I have what little experience I have with the more pure entries in the genre. Then you also have Company of Heroes 2, which I have no idea how to describe. Very different to the other games listed.
recently came across ur vids and needless to say im a big fan 🎉 love ur content & keep up the great work :3 also, THE A HAT IN TIME MUSIC??!!! THE PEAK EVER???
Though I'm plenty biased as a Lego fan, I really think you should check out Lego Rock Raiders. While it's not the most advanced RTS, it's very charming and has a banger soundtrack.
I guess what GiantGrantGames saying about user-generated content being dominant in RTS on early 2000s to that same creative energy moving somewhere else like Minecraft for example is actually true. This RTS mod for Minecraft, which is originally a 1st person game, is the proof. Source: /watch?v=XehNK7UpZsc skip at 20:23
This look so good. But one question through : Is this single-player friendly? Like can you play it in singleplayer mode? I really don't have that much MC friends in general

The sudden change from a semi top down view to actual Minecraft view broke my vision for a second
What Minecraft legends could've been
could have been...
I don't know why, but the sudden "You can add mods, so over here is Umvuthi the Sunbird, my goal is to kill it" is really hilarious to me. XD
Part of why is absolutely the name. "Umvuthi" sounds very funny
Mowzie’s Mobs my beloved
is you going into creative mode to help your troops against the sun bird considered divine interference
I think so
@@themightynebby awesome
We're really building bridges between genres here!
I love building bridges
Thanks for trying out my mod Nebby!
Yooo it's the GOAT
Genuinely an incredible mod, I really want to try it out with more people sometime!
The combination between the mods worked strangely well. Your mod has a lot of potential, my friend!
What is the name of the mod
@@sushilsingh8996 Reign of Nether
Honestly now I kinda wanna see like... one player playing the game as an RTS while another player is playing normal survival at the same time lmao

You should start a minecraft server where we could play all the abominations you create.

actually criminal you didnt include a single command and conquer game in the listing nor halo wars 1 or 2
Age of Mythology is also a great choice
aoe2 !!
the drawn to life music hit me like a truck, what a good soundtrack
I think what would be a good idea is
Two Teams, 4 players and one rts view, and it's basically Castle siege
The RTS player can only defend, while the 4 players with them is the only one able to attack
Each team is given a set amount of time to strengthen themselves
This video showcases TheMightyNebby slowly descending into madness
That's basically every video! XD
only minecraft youtuber i can stand to watch nowadays, great video

i play minecraft dungeons, and tbh, id play this just as much as i play that. this is cool
nebby loses his mind trying to solve villager unemployment
imagine in the future they make it possible to add your own faction, structures and equip troops with other modded items
dance of the knights was actually an insane song choice. middle school orchestra throwback
hearing the drawn to life music out of nowhere activated my neurons so hard oh my god
11:24 Thank you for doing this
I think you really burned that *Bridge* with that End trick, Nebbsters.
Loved this video so much I want to see you face off against other players in a future video!
man I am genuinely sure that this channel will be on the way to 200k very suddenly

A part of me feels like theyre not winning, idk its a silly thought really
Oh.... nvm
There's another RTS mod called MindFortress. Felt like you should know.

Now this... This is rollercoaster tycoon
Just so that you know, rts games are usually supposed to be played 1v1

Big fan of StarCraft, supreme commander, planetary annihilation, zero-k, and beyond all reason!
Halo Wars definitive edition on steam is a really good RTS, especially for beginners to the genre
Minecraft legends:
Never played RTS? Ok, youtube don't ever recommend this channel to me Uh uh
Halo Wars is a good beginner RTS in my opinion.
The mod is called reign of nether
You're hello reminds me of the big bang theory sheldon
Idea you play alone vs 3-5 Players but you play monsters or piglins and Players play in survival + minecolony and try to survive and defend colonists
Zero-K is a decent RTS that's free to play and has a ton of content. It's on steam.
Rise of Nations (not the Roblox game) is a good RTS made by Microsoft. Stronghold Crusaders as well.
why does this remind me so much of age of empires
Hey dude so there's this thing called Minecraft Legends
10:33 "But it refused"
I wanna see them fight the witherstorm.
"You must craft additional beds"
Minecraft Slavery at its finest.
you should play stellaris it’s awesome and you can make your workers do stuff automatically
The goat
4:34 I keep hearing iron golumn hahaha
Age of Empire II (For sweat)
Age of Empire III
Command and Conquer General Zero Hour
Battle Realm
Dota Frozen Throne
Ah yes the Minecraft I was BORN for 😅
Bosses are difficult for players, and are designed as such. They can't handle multiple targets. An army of enemies would work better
If you want a good RTS game, play Command & Conquer 3
This look so good. But one question through : Is this single-player friendly? Like can you play it in singleplayer mode?
I really don't have that much MC friends in general
Play genius vs antichrist or get made into a delicious stew
legendary
It clearly was inspired by Age of Empires
oil up Nebby (big brain strat)
You can check out Art Of War 3, a good RTS games with two different factions and maybe try it out
epic!
cool i wish next video will be about ruining minecraft with og mods
Stellaris is a pretty good rts game
Minecraft Legends if it was good
Saiki K plays minecraft rts
halo wars is the only video game. like its not actually that good but you get to see halo guys and who doesnt love a little halo guy cmon
you gotta play the half life 2 sourcemod rts lambda wars
