1.5 cup ragi aata
0.5 cup coco powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp soda
1.5 cup soya milk
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
0.5 cup oil
0.5 cup boiled quinoa

Amazing cake!! I'm so glad that you posted such a wonderful and healthy recipe. Due to ragi, the cake crumbles a lot. But that's okay. I tweaked the recipe by adding brown sugar and coconut oil.
I tried this cake and it came out amazing thank you for such a lovely and healthy recipe . I added Jaggery powder same quantity instead of sugar .
Made this cake today came out very well very moist n yummy!!

Lovely... but why at 200 degree Celsius? Why not at 160-180 degree Celsius like regular apf cakes?

It's finger millet flour , we call ragi for finger millet here in India

First ingredient u said 1 bowl. If we measure with cup then how many cups. Secondly cant we use normal milk in place of soya milk as I dont have soya milk.

Okay, let me clear it once again, simply use the cups that we use for measuring ingredients for baking (the measurement cups and spoons). As this cake is vegan, i used soya milk, if you don't want to make it vegan, you can use any animal milk

Sorry I dont have Apple Cider Vinegar but have white Vinegar will it for any other alternative, because rest all ingredients I have. Here I am stuck with Apple cider vinegar.

I can eat it without any hesitations... But can I replace ragi ata with rice flour and add an egg replacing soya milk as I hv IBS and I can't find almond milk in our market

and
1.5 is 1 + 1/2
