    I was very skeptical about this recipe, but decided to try. First I read all the comments what people said. And followed some advice. So,I made it. I excluded the sugar or honey, all other ingredients was same as in the recipe. And the result was very ,very , very good.

    Thank you so much for this I have an autoimmune disease and I am strictly on gluten free anti inflammatory diet but I was craving for bread since very long this is the solution👍🏻pls share more anti inflammatory vegan food recipe if possible and also your voice is so soothing ❤️

    I replaced the baking soda with 1.5 tsp baking powder for two reasons: I can feel and I don’t like the taste of the soda in the bread, and second reason- the bread rises much more with the baking powder. Otherwise,this is a good recipe.

    To anyone confused: you have to weigh the 300grams of quinoa to get it exactly!! You have to! You can't accurately convert this to cups!
    ALSO: you drain the quinoa water. And you add 1/2 cups more water when you add soaked chia seeds and quinoa together and mix in a blender

      Yep. The soaked version is for people who don’t own mills, so they can achieve fine milled flour

    I m baking this bread in convection oven and it's more than 2 HR but still my bread is undercooked. Because my knife is not clean when I am inserting in bread

    I made this bread after 1 hour when I insert tooth pick inside the bread to check its ready or not? After few minutes when bread cool I cut it and the bread was very hard . Please tell the soft quinoa bread recipe like market bought soft bread.

    you totally skipped something at 2:07 you have quinoa in water soaking and say it needs to be ground and show the chia and then there's a white bowl that is what happens when they are mixed WHAT HAPPENED did you drain and grind the quinoa how? did you just add the chia its crazy that a HUGE step is missing

      the chia seed was soaked in half cup of water and then blended with the quinoa, to make a chia quinoa mixture. we used 1/2 cup of more water while blending

      In this recipe we need whole quinoa and not ground quinoa flour . I am afraid the texture will change,

      With recipes works great with quinoa seeds.. Don't thing the flour will give the same texture..

      Quinoa floir will not work in this recipe. Please use whole grains for best results

      I have not worked with microwave convention but please see how you can achieve the 160 degree temperature... Baking time as mentioned should be an hour as sometime due to wrong baking time.. The bread could not be well cooked

      I am afraid the lemon juice has an imporatnt role to play in the recipe.it cant be left out.Do check my other recipes that your daughter an enjoy

      chia seeds has better bonding than flaxseeds ,i would not suggest any changes

      Glutenfree baking is about correct measurements so you can use the batter to make savoury pancakes .A very thin batter will make the bread very dense

      Use rainbow quinoa in salads. As the other quinoa have a little tougher coating it maynot work. In case you still make it with rainbow quinoa do let me know. 😊

      yes the olive oil measurements were eyeballed to 1/4 cup. which is what is needed in the recipe

    No happy at all. What a waste of ingredients, time, and money!
