When you said you were thankful your eyes opened that hit different. My mom went blind in January and she had been losing sight but one day she woke up and called for me panicking because she no longer could see anything at all and it was completely black. I am thankful to wake up and see.

Hope your back gets better! My mom has sliding disks in her back, so I always hear abt how much pain she's in, (she also has other injuries but that's besides the point) so I know how painful your back must be. I hope it heals fast💖💜

I started to wake up before 7:30 (the private educational institute ends at 10:00 PM, so I can't sleep early...) and I am still trying to work out efficiently in the morning. I live in the LA County area and I’m considering the option of moving out and finding an affordable room for rent but I’m a little skeptical about living with “apartment-mates” I don’t really know. But watching your previous videos it seems you are comfortable and enjoy just having a room to yourself for the time being, which would be an upgrade for me so I wouldn’t mind it at all. I really want to build early morning habit, but it's still hard for me to wake up earlier with my family habit who likes to stay up night. Like you said that you are productive in the morning and relax in the evening, how if what I can do now is the otherwise Instead? I just relax in the morning, and feel productive in evening. any recommendations on not being able to work out in the morning, I have to be at work by 630am so generally I have to wake up at 5 just to have time to prepare to leave the house. So far I have come up with bringing my gym bag with me to work keeping it in the car that way I am forcing myself to go straight to the gym after work on the days I dont have class.
