I tried this so many times but I‘m gonna try again and again and again. Someday I‘ll be successful and sometimes that‘s what‘s life is about. Going to sleep and hoping for an early start!
0:12, What, really? No way. I am sorry, unfortunately, I don't wake up in the morning because I don't want the sun to shine in my room when I am sleeping, even though the curtain is almost close, but still half bright. I sometimes wake up at 11 or 1pm.
1:16, How about brush teeth, before drink water? After wake up, always brush your teeth 1st, before drinking water becasue your breath is bad and it's not good to drink water, before brushing teeth, no, always brush teeth 1st, before drink water.
I don’t kow how you live without coffee, i used to drink it first when I wake up, but it hurt my gut health and body, for a month or so i trained my self to only drink it after coffee and today i woke up early to go to University and my body was okay until i drank it at 12 with breakfast, i was amazed (usually i eat food 30 mins after i wake just to drink coffee and today i couldn’t that why im shocked) but not drinking it at all i can’t imagine it

You can try putting your alarm as far away as possible to your bed. Then you have to get out of bed to turn it off. You can also try one of those alarm apps where you have to move or do a math question to turn it off.
My problem is that im so used to being on social media at night that going to sleep early gives me fomo of whats going on at that time if that makes sense
If you have problems with clicking the snooze, You can try putting your alarm as far away as possible to your bed. Then you have to get out of bed to turn it off. You can also try one of those alarm apps where you have to move or do a math question to turn it off. Maybe turn on the vibration also on the alarm?
