Last one is so good. I didn't think it like that. We sometimes miss our workouts due to work or laziness but 10mins is not hard. One can take out that much time. Even if it's just 5 upper body exercises. Love it.. will definitely make this a goal. Helps on days when you don't get a good workout in
All of them 😅 the sleep one is the most challenging for me though. I have children that both wakes up on different times during night time and when they are not waking me up then my husband snores 🙄🥺😂
If I sit at a table I eat more food if I watch tv while I eat; I eat at a good pace and won’t get seconds. Best tip❤️ I may try eating lunch I haven’t eaten lunch in years because I eat dinner super early
Thank you for this video. I will do "Fork down in between bites". I get 7-8 hours of sleep and because of hypothyroidism depends on the day, sometimes I need a nap.
The sleep aspect is so accurate. I had my son back in June of 2020. I gained 45 pounds while pregnant. I ended up loosing all 45 plus an addition 4 pounds by November of 2020! I was so proud. Then my son went through a bad sleep regression/ teething up every 30 minutes literally for 6 weeks straight. I ended up gaining 15 pounds back and have just struggled to loose that again. Now he sleeps through the night and I’m slowly getting back on track but man those 15 pounds are a huge struggle to loose.
I love how realistic your goals are to tell myself to do. I’ve always wanted to be skinny and even when I was tiny it never felt like it was enough. Now I’m my heaviest and it really helps that you talk about health more than weight loss. I now have high blood pressure from my weight and I just worry what’s next if I don’t change things. I fell off the gym about three months ago and I can’t get myself back to it and I can’t afford a membership so I love how people in the comments mention walking. I’m glad you said the ten minutes thing because I know I can walk for at least 10 minutes in this 102° weather
The habit of sleeping more is just so important! Thanks for bringing this up, Katie! When I was in a bad relationship and worked at a firm, where I was constantly underestimated, I suffered from insomnia. Now, with the break-up behind me and even while I am looking for a new job, I sleep sooooo much better. If you have trouble sleeping, think about what might cause you to do so. I saw changes rather quickly. :)
I drink 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning I'm available dependent on it to wake up. I'm really thirsty when I wake up and need it to wake up. BUT; it needs to be room temperature. The first water in the morning should absolutely be room temperature. Room temperature water doesn't mess with your digestion and does not cause blood to rush to your stomach. Great tip I got years ago that helps me drink more water and enjoy it more
8 hours of sleep sounds amazing!!! I use a sleep app on my watch and I was usually 4.5-5.5 hours each night. Since starting the Summer Shape Up, I’m 5.5-7 hours!!! The change in food is making a huge difference 🙌😍 Thank you so much, you are literally changing my life.
Idk how I found your page but I seen 1 video clicked on it and now I’m like binge watching your videos and you are honestly so motivating for me and showing me that I can do this and im actually so ready rn!
Thanks for this video ! To me the "snacking all day" has been a big reveal these past months. We always think we need to eat less and less to lose weight, when sometimes it's just eating better. Your tips are really helpful ! love from France :)
Yes! Online grocery shopping this past year has saved me so much money and prevented lots of junk food purchases! I know this for sure as I have started shopping in the store again and my bill is twice as much with more crappy food in the house
I always love when you put out videos like this. I have shared this with many friends and family and these are habits I have created to help me continue my journey of already losing 40lbs. Your amazing Katie 💗💗💗
I get a good 8 - 8-1/2 hours of sleep! Btw, I love your videos and am progressively reaching my goals!!! I have hypothyroidism also, and watching you talk about this in your videos inspires me to push forward!! Thank you, Katie!!! 😊
Also for #3, I feel like putting your fork down in between bites is great and also if you make sure your portion is the right size for your goals before you sit down for your show, then you will be on track for sure! :)
I love these tips. Sleep is my Achilles heel. I usually get 5-6 hours sleep and feel exhausted everyday. Sleep, movement and water are the three I am going to try to stick to for the Spring Slim Down.
Happy Easter! Kaattiiee, I absolutely love this video. Movement, drinking more water and getting more sleep has been a game changer! I've been following your nutrition and workout plans for almost a year now and they've helped me form healthy habits and lose 36 pounds. Seriously, I cannot thank you and TeamLSF enough!!!
I completely agree with more sleep. When I was sleeping 8-10 hours a night I felt amazing, had loads of energy to exercise and ate very healthy. Post kids I barely sleep and when I do it’s very broken so very exhausted in the morning and no energy to exercise and I pretty much live on carbs because they seem to be the easiest to prepare, cereal, sandwiches etc... hopefully when kids are a little older and no longer need night feeds etc... I can finally get back to my old routine 😊
Thank you for this! I am watching this at night, and tomorrow I am going to start doing all of this! I am going to be doing a workout routine, and packing my lunch for school instead of eating their trash! LOL This is going to help me a lot! I love it when I find a great youtube channel that helps with not only losing weight, but self-confidence, healthy eating, less cravings and bad habits, and overall a better way of living! You just earned a new subscriber!
Great tips, especially the sleep one. I had a job which required me to start work at 7.00 am instead of 8 am and I gained 5 pounds in a few months because during the day I was so tired and I couldn´t let go of my usual bed time at around 11:00 to 11:30. Now I sleep 7-8 hours during the week (rarely less if I have trouble falling a sleep) and during the weekends I sometimes sleep in and then it can be up to 10 hours. But I think routine is key and a routine (even a small one before bed) helps tremendously. I go to bed at between 10:30 and 11 and stand up at 7:00 or sometimes 7:30. And it feels so good to feel vital and energetic during the day.
Sleep is the hardest for me!!! I procrastinate sleep in order to get the me time as a mom of 2. I enjoy nothing more than showering, putting my pj's on, making a cup of tea and watching youtube , a documentary ,clearing my dvr. I need to prioritize it and get my kids to bed earlier in order to get my night started earlier and have more time to myself. Thanks for the tips❣
I'm so happy that you posted this! The not getting enough sleep one really hit home. I get about 6-6 and hours a night. The next day I want like all the carbs. It's horrible, but so true! With work stress and kids, some days it's so hard to turn off my mind😔
I walked at least 30 min a day throughout my work day. If I’m lucky enough I can get a 30 min yoga session in, I’ve changed my diet, added more movement and I still can’t lose weight 😫 I sleep about 7.5 hours a night. I have Hashimotos and hypothyroidism also high blood pressure. I’ve lost 26 lbs but I’ve flatlined
Hey Melinda!! 26 LBS is a great accomplishment!! Don't get down on yourself. Sometimes plans you created for previous you, wont work now because the way your body has changed due to weight loss. My advice is to reassess your routine and diagnose what might not be doing it. If you wanted/haven't tried LSF meal plans, checked out our guides, or even join the Spring Slim Down! It's never too late!! I will share the various links, You've Got this girl 💪💗 Plans: my.lovesweatfitness.com/collections/nutrition-plans Blog: lovesweatfitness.com/blog/ SSD: lovesweatfitness.com/fitness/spring-slim-down-2021/
I remember drinking a whole Popeye’s Supplements protein glass of water in the morning while preparing myself before breakfast when I used to go into work. I have to incorporate it again now that I’m working from la casa. Getting about 7 -8 hours of 😴a night. Love it!
I'm doing pretty much everything except snacking all day because I don't feel like I need it and making my lunch because I only have a 30mn lunch break. But found a meal delivery plan that's balanced, healthy and varied. I just need 3mn to reheat it and no need to think for hours about what I'll have for lunch and breakfast. XD
Love this vid and ur energy, and I was cracking up at how u lost ur ring earlier thats soooo me like why wld it get stuck there so random!😂😂 this is the 3rd time this week u popped up on my feed and loved each vid, now I'm a new subby!!😋 crazy that a vid from 1 year ago got ,e to subscribe today, algorithm is awesome!😆😆 great tips in this vid!
Water is hard for me because it tastes nasty to me (which I know sounds ridiculous because it basically has no taste but I honestly struggle getting it down). I add no sugar added cranberry juice
Sleep time is anywhere from six to five hrs. My sleep is always interrupted by hot flashes, so maybe getting less than five hrs. I started menopause at 45 and still have hot flashes seven years later. Completed madness.
I know this is unrelated. Something just happened and I feel the need to go around and post this - So, I find the more time goes by the more I realize a lot of things I used to believe is more or less an illusion with a few exceptions. In this case, I just cut off my fast food eating habit. So 2 months in, and I cut out sugar. Just make a lot of burgers at home and eat a lot of high calorie foods. My breakfast is half oats mixed with half shredded unsweetened coconut. I just looked up the calories for the shredded coconut, and alone it's about 1200+ calories. It could be just me but a lot of the time in public people seem to stare. I thought for all my 20's it was because I looked like a drug addict, or my face just looked rough. It sounds like paranoia but no, it has been a real problem day to day. Now 31 I thought cutting sugar might help me look healthier and get less stares. Nope. I just studied in a cafe and had someone ahead of me look back about 6 times. Very friendly, it's hardly ever a malicious thing. I just realized it was probably because I am skinny and feel relieved. I just borrowed a scale and calculated my BMI. it is 16. They may even just think I have an eating disorder. Which to be honest is likely in the opposite way. While eating near athaelete level calories kept me hovering 100lbs. I just want to break this illusion that it is someones fault. I see people gain weight after a few desserts and have to work to get it off. I am not better or work harder in anyway, in my case it is 100% genetic. My siblings do gain weight easily, If they did eat what I eat and sit on their ass all day like I have been, they would gain a lot of weight. Ditch the skinny person habits because my daily habits are of an extremely overweight person. I guarantee it. Yet for some reason I am now 92 pounds. When I see videos like this I cringe because I understand it from the "skinny" person view. It's not true.
OMG, your tips are great! Thank you! I'm struggling most with the sleep. I have 2 young kids so you can imagine.. But I will try my best to at least reach 7, or 6 hours everyday..
Thank you for this lovely video :) I don't know if I agree with the habit of snacking all day. Lately I've been reading a lot about intermittent fasting that has shown to increase the metabolism and has found out that snacking, most of the time, increases the appetite and turns out to be really hard for many people to keep under control, keep in 'balance'. Getting all those partly contradicting information is really confusing. I've been trying intermittent fasting now for 2 months and I've also noticed a decrease of constant appetite and feel more energized. But all bodies are different, so who knows :D
I've definitely started to notice when I am tired, I start getting very snacky. I have to tell myself my body is crying out for energy, and instead of grazing the kitchen, I need to take a power nap.
I absolutely agree with the watching tv, although when I take a mouthful I like to look at the food and not the tv, for me it’s mostly listening to the tv but if I really want to look at the screen then I’ll put my fork down and drink water or just take a moment to pause and enjoy everything.
Mama of two, one is four months old, so that means good, long sleep isn’t always in the cards for me currently lol. I likely average 4-5, but that’s just a guess and some nights are better than others. My daughter slept an almost 12 hour stretch last night 🙌🏻
I sleep between 5-6 hours on weekdays (more on the weekend of course) and know it´s a little. But I´m a nightperson and want time for my self (or with my husband) after the childen gone to bed and have to be up 5.30-6.00 o´clock during the week for work so it´s hard! I both love healthy food and candy so sugar is a struggle, but try to only eat candy/snacks on the weekends. For about five months now I intermitten fast during the weekdays and only eat three meals a day and really think this has helped me with regulating the blood sugar and resulting in less cravings ... and yes also a couple of kilos in weight loss!
I don't have problems with sleeping enough (usually get between 8 and 10 hours), but drinking water first thing at the morning is something very difficult for me. Especially because I need to go to the restroom so often, if I drink as much as I should. But anyways, I really need to change that...and also doing sports for 10 minutes every day.
Hi! ^_^ Amen!!! A lot of these things I have found help me too to keep a healthy weight and less bloating! I have been drinking 1/2 a gallon of water a day and I am so pleased with the non bloating!!!! Plus, eating a lot throughout the day but only healthy foods helps with bloating too and still once in a blue moon getting food that is on the less healthier side I agrees fine! As long as it doesn’t tempt you to indulge more of it. Also, I have to move lol, I always have since birth taken my time when eating to really enjoy and take in the food, and I get too much sleep LOL!!! But probably all of why I’ve been small most of my life....when I was overweight, the fat went to my boobs and butt so I looked fine 😆😆😆 but that had to deal with switching medications but I know that if I were to gain weight, it would go in those places which I ain’t mad about!!!! Lol but I prefer to be a healthy weight for my body. My body looks Very similar to yours except more hips and buttocks 😂 but anyways I LOVE your videos!!!! They are SO jam packed with a lot of tips and inspiration!!!! I always look forward to whatever you put out! And you have great taste in things too!!!! 😄
Now that I’m happily retired, I get an average of 7 1/2 - 8 hrs of sleep a day. But when I was working and being a single mom on top of that, it was about 6 1/2 hrs of sleep a night and I was alway tired!
I sleep 6 hours daily. I work full time, have a one year old who is not a good sleeper and I'm in school full time. I hope I can get better sleep or compensate some other way especially since we are talking about another baby 😩
I’m lucky if I get 4 hours asleep. I’m basically a single mom (boyfriend is gone a lot for the military) of a 2.5 year old and I’m in school online. So only time I get to do school work is when he’s asleep.
I’m going to try for more sleep!! I’ve got a 7 month old baby who likes to wake up still so I average about 6 hours a night. Not terrible but my goal is 8!
I snack on veggies cheese fruit more than junk food I snacked on junk more when I was a kid also I try to drink water daily don’t happen I put all snacks in bowl I have ate an entire bag of chips you always look so great and toned katie I sleep more than 12 hours wake up hourly take those naps too I’m not healthy but mostly everything in the fridge is maybe a couple junk foods I do like bbq & bbq chips
Chips lol I don't buy them either. But yep last week I ate that restaurant burger and fries because all that is not in my house. 😁. Love u Katie!!!! Your free daily 10 helps me in the app when I need to get back on it. Sooooo helpful.hey, your hair looks great!
I’m going to try all except more sleep because I sleep about 8 to 9 hours so I’m good. Katie can you tell me where you got your night lamps from last video I liked them. Happy Eater to you and Ryan.👍👋😀
I will keep water next to my bed for the AM Consider Grocery Pickup(i am an impulsive junk food buyer) Most importantly PUTTING MY FORK DOWN!!!!! I am that person😓😓😓 i eat too too fast ,shove my food down and do not chew enough
As a certified nutritionist, Snacking frequently is not optimal for metabolism & fat loss. When your insulin (aka blood sugar) is always spiked your body will not focus on burning fat
So, I’m ready to add the Hot Body meal plan to my cart, but I’m debating between the regular plan and the hypo plan. (I’ve very recently been diagnosed with hypo and am now taking Synthroid.) Think it’s too extreme to go all the way to the hypo plan (no gluten and no dairy) before starting the regular meal plan?
Hey Christi!! Honestly, if your unsure, I would consult your doctor and ask them which would be the best for your Hypo diagnosis. They will be able to guide you adequately💖
I am 15 and I have been doing intense exercise everyday for a whole month(it's a summer camp for muay thai, kick boxing, and jiu jitsu) and people say I look slimmer but my weight didn't change at all. What should I do to lose that weight? It so annoying how yeah I look slimmer but my weight didn't change at all.
When you build muscle, you appear 'slimmer' and more 'toned'. Muscle actually is heavier than fat on the body, so the number doesn't matter so much. Use measurement instead if that helps you maintian a healthy weight for you.
I don't know why even though i had enough sleep 6-8 hours, but i woke up feeling dizzy and tired.. i checked my smart watch and it said that my deep sleep is insufficient
Hi! I tried counting calories at one point in my journey but it did not work and is not sustainable. Now I just eat whole real foods and don't count calories I'm just aware of the nutrients I need!
I go to bed same time all most same at 9:30 or 10 . I always getting up between 2:303:30am sometimes I can go back sleep but a lot times I don’t then my alarm goes off at 5 am . I think that might play part why not losing and gaining 🤷♀️
Since the 7day slim down I’ve been snacking on the nut mix whenever I feel a bit peckish and i feel full! New thing I’m adding to my permanent diet! Definitely need to try drinking water first thing!!!
Which one are you gonna try?👇🏻
Last one is so good. I didn't think it like that. We sometimes miss our workouts due to work or laziness but 10mins is not hard. One can take out that much time. Even if it's just 5 upper body exercises.

So true! I'm glad you were able to study yourself and really listen to find out what might've been the reason!! ☺️
That is what im realizing is what is causing my plateau because thats the only thing thats change in my life unfortunately in the last year.
I am LITERALLY eating and enjoying watching this right now at this very moment hahaha

Yes!!
This was new for me! 🤔🤩
I go to bed at 10 PM and wake up at 5 AM for work, so 7 hours! Happy Easter, Katie & Ryan!
Nice! You too, Happy Easter!

I love sleep! Seriously. LOVE. IT. I average 8-9 hours a night during the week and about 10 on the weekends. On days I don't work, I tend to nap too.
That is awesome!!
I really like positive reminders like this 😊❤🎉
Love the slow down while eating.

What are some of your go to salad dressings? Maybe make a vid on best salad dressings? What to look for
I like using amino acids, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil!
Water is hard for me because it tastes nasty to me (which I know sounds ridiculous because it basically has no taste but I honestly struggle getting it down). I add no sugar added cranberry juice
Adding some no sugar flavor can def be a good way to get around that!
Happy Easter to you and your family and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love 💘guys so much 💘❤
Happy Easter!
@@LoveSweatFitness you are so welcome and thank you so much for your reply and God bless you and stay safe and healthy. Love 💘 so much 💘💓
Sleep time is anywhere from six to five hrs. My sleep is always interrupted by hot flashes, so maybe getting less than five hrs. I started menopause at 45 and still have hot flashes seven years later. Completed madness.
Oh no!!
Yes love! Sleep by far the most underrated way to burn fat!
Totally!
OMG, your tips are great! Thank you! I'm struggling most with the sleep. I have 2 young kids so you can imagine.. But I will try my best to at least reach 7, or 6 hours everyday..
You got this!! 💗
You are always inspiring! ❤️
😊 💖
Thank you for this lovely video :) I don't know if I agree with the habit of snacking all day. Lately I've been reading a lot about intermittent fasting that has shown to increase the metabolism and has found out that snacking, most of the time, increases the appetite and turns out to be really hard for many people to keep under control, keep in 'balance'. Getting all those partly contradicting information is really confusing.
I've been trying intermittent fasting now for 2 months and I've also noticed a decrease of constant appetite and feel more energized. But all bodies are different, so who knows :D
Love these tips! And especially number 3 😅 totally agree with you on that one 😅😅
Glad you like them!
Good suggestions. Will add on the morning water and try to get more sleep
Sounds great!
8 to 9 hours of sleep😊😊🥰🥰
Niiiice!
The best tips ever given to anyone 🥰🥰👍👍💗💗
🤗
I've definitely started to notice when I am tired, I start getting very snacky. I have to tell myself my body is crying out for energy, and instead of grazing the kitchen, I need to take a power nap.
You got this!! 💖
I absolutely agree with the watching tv, although when I take a mouthful I like to look at the food and not the tv, for me it’s mostly listening to the tv but if I really want to look at the screen then I’ll put my fork down and drink water or just take a moment to pause and enjoy everything.
Putting that fork down is key!
You literally just uploaded and I was like oooo a-CLICK 😂
xoxo
Thx for giving me back the vibe!! 🤩😘
Mama of two, one is four months old, so that means good, long sleep isn’t always in the cards for me currently lol. I likely average 4-5, but that’s just a guess and some nights are better than others. My daughter slept an almost 12 hour stretch last night 🙌🏻
I hope you can catch some more zzz's soon!! You deserve it :)
Best thing to incorporate is more water and apple cider vinegar shots everyday 👌
Yes love both!
Thank you so much for these great tips!! I definitely need to drink more water and getting some extra sleep
You got this!💓
😲😲 im soo happy you made this video i just learned 3 new tips today🤩😍🥰
I'm so glad!
Totally get wanting that time for yourself! Maybe try getting to bed an hour earlier and seeing how you feel the next day :)
I make sure I'm in bed for a minum of 8 hours as often as possible! I need to drink more water, especially first thing in the morning.
So on point!
Oh my gosh thank you for number 3!!!!
😉 💗
I don't have problems with sleeping enough (usually get between 8 and 10 hours), but drinking water first thing at the morning is something very difficult for me. Especially because I need to go to the restroom so often, if I drink as much as I should. But anyways, I really need to change that...and also doing sports for 10 minutes every day.
Upping your water intake especially in the morning is a game changer!
Hi! 😄
I am so happy to hear this!! YAY!!
I add Mio to my water! 0 calories and 0 sugar, and it tastes soo good!
I haven't tried that stuff, but if 0 sugar, that's great
Now that I’m happily retired, I get an average of 7 1/2 - 8 hrs of sleep a day. But when I was working and being a single mom on top of that, it was about 6 1/2 hrs of sleep a night and I was alway tired!
Soak up all that good sleep!
I'm going to try 10 minutes of movement. I am already doing all the others, so I'm good.
I’m getting about 6 1/2 to 7 Monday through Friday but 8 to 9 Saturday and Sunday sleep im talking about
I JUST GOT YOUR AD FOR PERSONA SUPPLEMENTS AND I THOUGHT IT WAS PART OF THE VIDEO! HAHA
❤️
I sleep 6 hours daily. I work full time, have a one year old who is not a good sleeper and I'm in school full time. I hope I can get better sleep or compensate some other way especially since we are talking about another baby 😩
Gotta take care of you as much as possible. It'll end up benefiting your kids too, maybe take that mindset :)
Really great tips. Thanks so much Katie. You're the best. Lots of love from Sri Lanka
You're so welcome!
I’m lucky if I get 4 hours asleep. I’m basically a single mom (boyfriend is gone a lot for the military) of a 2.5 year old and I’m in school online. So only time I get to do school work is when he’s asleep.
Ah that is so tough :-\ Hang in there Halie!
I’m going to try for more sleep!! I’ve got a 7 month old baby who likes to wake up still so I average about 6 hours a night. Not terrible but my goal is 8!
Yes, get that extra 2 hours if you can!
"get more sleep" me boutta shut Mac at 2:26......
Recently found your channel and your tips are great. New sub!

Hey! Sounds like your following the right healthful rules, maybe reassess how your executing it and you'll see results!!💗
@@LoveSweatFitness the only thing missing is working out not enough energy and motivation what’s the best vitamins Ryan takes
More and better sleep! That is what I need!😀💥
SO important!
Chips lol I don't buy them either. But yep last week I ate that restaurant burger and fries because all that is not in my house. 😁. Love u Katie!!!! Your free daily 10 helps me in the app when I need to get back on it. Sooooo helpful.hey, your hair looks great!
Hey Tess!! So glad to hear everything is helping!! 💗
I actually should get more sleep but my body just refuses 😭 😭 😭 like i'm getting anxious that i'm sleeping but then i'm awake also doing nothing
Totally get that! I've tried a bit of CBD for now, sometimes helps, other times not ha :)
10 min movement 🙌🏻🥳🌸
I’m going to try all except more sleep because I sleep about 8 to 9 hours so I’m good. Katie can you tell me where you got your night lamps from last video I liked them. Happy Eater to you and Ryan.👍👋😀
Happy Easter! Yah they are from West Elm
Ima try ALLLL OF THEMMMM!!!!
Yessss, let me know how they work for u!
I will keep water next to my bed for the AM
Consider Grocery Pickup(i am an impulsive junk food buyer)
Most importantly PUTTING MY FORK DOWN!!!!! I am that person😓😓😓 i eat too too fast ,shove my food down and do not chew enough
YES! This will seriously help
As a certified nutritionist, Snacking frequently is not optimal for metabolism & fat loss. When your insulin (aka blood sugar) is always spiked your body will not focus on burning fat
I get between 4-6 hrs sleep , constantly feeling tired 😫 xxx
oooh that is rough, do whatever you can to add some more sleep for you!
Hey Katy just wondering what is you favorite protein shake and can you link it
My fav protein powder is plant based and made from peas and brown rice!
@@LoveSweatFitness can you link it
Great content, I like it!
Thanks for your work,
So happy to help !! :)
I love this thank you🙂
Hi, just watched a few of your videos, I was wondering if you count calories at all or if you did at some point? Thanks!
Hi! I tried counting calories at one point in my journey but it did not work and is not sustainable. Now I just eat whole real foods and don't count calories I'm just aware of the nutrients I need!
I go to bed same time all most same at 9:30 or 10 . I always getting up between 2:30 3:30am sometimes I can go back sleep but a lot times I don’t then my alarm goes off at 5 am . I think that might play part why not losing and gaining 🤷♀️
Sleep is so important to our journeys it helps our bodies heal and recharge!!
I’m getting somewhere between 6.5 and 8 hours during the work week. I try my hardest to get at least 7 hours.
U can do it!! :)
I go to bed at 11:00 when I don’t have school
I sleep between 7-8 hours and it's still not enough.
Does a 15-minute walk count as exercise? 😅
That's pretty good amount of sleep! For sure 15 min walk does, moving your body period counts.
THANK YOU ❤️❤️
You are so welcome!
Literally
Since the 7day slim down I’ve been snacking on the nut mix whenever I feel a bit peckish and i feel full! New thing I’m adding to my permanent diet!
Definitely need to try drinking water first thing!!!
Love that!
