Steve and Billy pack more single target damage i'd say, while Bob and Cormano do more multi target ?(the shotgun pellets scatter and cover a larger area , possibly hitting more enemies) . Honestly both weapons work well for bosses , as their hitboxes are often larger. Danny Furrison

What is different between the six shooters and the shotguns? I know two characters weild aix shooters and the other two use shottys.
Basically,strong bullets that travel on a straight line VS More bullets that scatter about.
