I’m always stumped with what to do with fluorescent colors, as they are a bit in your face, but then I saw a video that Allison dawrant did and she combined them with neutrals and I must admit the effect is beautiful. Thanks for sharing another informative and inspiring video.

You are welcome! My biggest issue with any flourescent is they are not lightfast. I use them to tone down other colors also, but never on a top layer since they are so fugitive.

Fluorescents are great for lightening up your colors and when mixed with a little white they become pastel and make beautiful sky colors.
