I can’t believe you posted this 7 years ago and I’m just now seeing it! I just did it with white acrylic power and I love it! Can’t wait to see how long it lasts. I’m a hairstylist that specializes in braiding and I don’t like long nails. This is perfect, thank you!
IT WORKED! I did everything you instructed in your video. Now I don't have to worry about breaking my paper thin nails on everything. I'm glad I found your video and thank you so much hun.
Thank you so much for this! My rubbery, peeling nails wouldn't even hold gel polish. The salon did acrylics over gel for me but I knew I did not have the time or patience to do straight acrylics and fills (nor the money to keep going to the salon). This method is so easy and lasts 3 weeks on me. Looking down at a polished hand gives me an uplifting confidence. I silently thank you every time I do my nails.
As a nail tech that specializes in natural nail care, I was drawn to your video. First I want to say that you do really good work, not just your technique but everything presented. From your video process to your calming voice. Your nails and hands are beautiful too. The only critique I will offer is that I was given the impression this will allow one to "grow out natural nails" which in effect one will using this technique. However, that being said, you are still committed to doing fills and once you remove this product, your nails will be weakened, not strengthened. It's just not possible.... I would recommend taking Biotin as a supplement and using cuticle oil regularly. Keeping a natural nail strengthener is a good idea as well and a good one in my experience is Cuccio. I have helped my share of women grow their natural nails out w/o using any acrylic or gel. It's a preference thing tho because polish just lasts twice as long with an enhancement product opposed to natural nails. Nail tech important tip would be to cap the free delve and use a topcoat ever 2-3 days to keep your polish intact longer. I definitely would recommend this for those who are trying to get away from the commitment to straight acrylics and/or straight hard gels by gradually weaning them out. Maybe start out this way then take out the gel polish and use nail glue OR just use a layer or two of soak off gels. Lastly, this is quite clever really how you have managed to mix two concepts (products)-it reminds me of the newer versions of glue systems out now such as Kiara Sky. Back when I did more enhancements, Backscratchers was thee brand to use...lol Boy did it smell...but is great for doing patch jobs or overlays. Or one layer to hold polish optimally. Either way...just thought I could enhance your comment section with some pro tips and point of views from someone who mostly does natural nail care. I wish you all the best & continued success with your channel here. Best in the new year...
I brush a thin layer of hard gel as a base for strength and just to keep the sofgel/gelpolish on. Regular soft gels or even base or tops just pop/peal right off my nails so I will definitely be trying this to see if my polish still pops off or not.
lovely explanation and video. I would suggest that your top coat be a bit thicker or even 2 coats, to make it more smooth, then you will be able to use standard acrylics...even the color ones without buffing.
Awesome! My nails are so short and I really don't like acrylic nails all that much. I like to do my nails at home and acrylic nails are too much work, so I'll definitely will give this technique a try. Thank you so much sharing!
Yes, I’ve been learning about this from a couple of other nail ladies on UA-cam. I started with dip systems, and am also very into polygels now. Thanks for showing us this great stuff!
Hi I just did this, it look great even holds my broken nail in place can't even tell it broken hopefully will grow out. Please show us when it starts to grows out what to do then. Thank you xxx
I just wanted to stop by and thank you for this video. I live on a tight budget, but I love beautiful nails. Because of illness, I've always worn acrylics, done at the salon, but that's way out of a disability budget. I gathered all these items and dove in head first. Yes, my first set only lasted a few days before the lifting started, but I knew I needed a better method from removing dead cuticle skin (just wanted to use what was already in the house). I tried to tag you on instagram, but couldn't find you, so i tagged you on Facebook, cause i was just so proud of how they turned out (lol). I've ordered a better cuticle pusher, cuticle remover and the gel you showed in the video (don't want to do the buffing, lol). Thank you for the time & energy you invest into these videos. Blessings!!!!
Thank you for this video! It is a wonderful solution for people who constantly pick at their very short nails. My nails are now strong and beautiful. This technique makes them look so natural...and it's SO easy to do. :) Thanks again
Just love that way I have very thine nails and could never grow them, but now my nails are long and don't break as easy. It's the best way to grow natural nails.
Sending big hugs from a wintry Australia. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I did this today and finally I think i may just be able to grow my nails! I had acrylics about a year ago and they really damaged my nails ... I've always had thin nails but what happened after the acrylics was just sad. But the thing was, having the acrylic nails was also one and only time I was able to grow them because they were so strong while they were on. Anyway ... long story short, you have totally come to the rescue! This was easy and even though they're short right now, they turned out awesome.
I just tried this and I already love it!! I'm wearing it natural for now, i'm a hair stylist so my nails are always breaking, here's hoping this works well for me! Thank you so much!!
I wish l could show you!! 🤩 how they turned out!! Thanks to your help!! 😘☺️ l watched this video like 7 timesss!! 👍🏽 I did it 4xs with clear builder and mirror finish top coat! 💅🏽
I just did this on my nails!! Wish I could share a picture!! It's not perfect but it's functional and I will get better I am sure was just thinking I wasted my money on the acrylic kit cause I couldn't do the brush application like nail shop.. But your method it's fantastic
this is so much easier and more conveneiant than the other dip videos i have found! thank you so much. all i need is the buff block and acrylic powder and im set. thank you soooooo much
Thank you so much I am a nurse and they really trip about acrylics but this way they look so natural that it would be hard to tell if they are mine or acrylic nails I am going to do this from now on so that I can at least have something on my nails 💅🏾🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Hey, how long do you keep them and how do you remove the regular polish from it? When I do this I remove polish with acetone but that also causes lifting and makes my base not last.
ONEdark COCOA I keep them on for about 2 weeks. I use non-acetone polish removed to take off regular polish without hurting the gel. That should keep the gel from lifting. Thank you for watching! :)
I just did this. Worked out great ! I plan to do a gel color over it, but I was thinking, for those that like to change nail color every few days you could use regular polish over this, and just use a non acetone remover to take off the polish for color changes. That way it wont affect the gel/acrylic layers.
Awesome idea, I'm going to try this on my mom. She's always complaining that her nails are easy to break. She uses a lot of water every day. So I hope it helps a bit. Thanks again. :)
This was the most helpful video ever! I've been using powder dip system for almost a year and my nails got really weak. I was looking to experiment but I'm so glad I found your video. Just knowing someone else tried it and worked is all I was looking for. Now I'm definitely going to try this. Please create more videos!
I think you can probably infil by buffing the top layer and using the method at the base of the nail on the regrowth only, then capping the whole nail. It's an excellent method with no lifting
My nails are pretty long since I've been wearing acrylic, but also pretty thin would u recommend this technique for added strength, I love the idea of it specially if I can do it myself and not spend all that money at the salon and if so about how many layers would I need... I tried watching ur prep video but wouldn't load 😫
+zayya2271 I would say 2-3 layers to protect your nails (I used 2). It just depends how thick you like it. I'm sorry about the prep video I have a couple you might try the other or use a different browser. Thank you for watching!! :)
No, unfortunately that will not work. The lightless gels are basically regular nail polish and don't last as long. I've never tried it but I'm pretty sure you'd get chipping right away and the strength wouldn't be there that the gel/acrylic gives. Thank you for watching! :)
I will as soon as I get time, sorry about the wait. My grandfather had heart surgery and I'm taking care of him, so time has been a little short for making videos. I have it on my list and will get it done as soon as I find the time to make a full tutorial. TFW! :)
This is perfect. We can't wear artificial nails at my job in case they come off or break off....idk....but I have a decent length to my natural nails, I just want them to be protected. Thanks! And should I buff the nail first before starting the prep and all the layers?
Thank you! Yes, you want to lightly buff the nail plate before you start. You should also clean it with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils or dust, that will help everything stick better. :) TFW!!
Excellent video, thank you! I was wondering, if you took the acrylic and use a mortar and pestle to crush it it up into smaller particulars would that make a much smoother application without leaving any bumps?
Unsure but i(&many others) would love to know your result.. Is it really better to grind the powder down finer? Is it even possible? Or is it easier to just buffer at the end..
I have watched your video several times (I want to make sure I do it right) but how often do you either repeat, and how do you either soap and clean the nails before you start over. Thanks so much
I'm just now watching this video, it was very helpful. I'm going to try this asap. You're nails look great ! Thank you now I don't have to spend money going to the nail salon.
+Jazz J, Yes, you can use any gel and you would follow the same steps. Just make sure you cure according to that gels needs. Thank you for watching! :) (I can't reply to your comment, hopefully you'll check back and see this.)
100mg b6 vitamin daily will help your trembling....i had that problem and it was very hard to do acrylics cuz my hands trembled so much ☺ excited to try this technique!
Followed your video last night, and did this whole process. I LOVE IT. I have had everything, acrylic, gel, and this is my favorite thing to do. I just need to get more practice and not make them so thick. I also used FingerPaints B/TC. Love your videos so much!!!
I tried this technique and it worked perfectly the first time, the result was great. I went to do it a second but my gel polish is now ruined and so is the brush. I used I another brush from an old nail polish bottle and that's ruined to. I know the acrylic powder gets transferred into the gel but have I done something wrong?
+Grace Kelly well I bought another bottle of clear gel polish of the same brand and it did exactly the same thing. It was the gel polish I was using, so I bought a different brand of gel polish and it works 😊
I try the same thing ,to let my natural nails grow but mine does not look so good as yours :( I will leave them for some time with just a nails hardener. you did a great job here
Thank you! That's to bad, I wonder if it's the acrylic (it might be to big) or that your not getting the powder wet enough with the gel (sometimes that can cause air bubbles or bumps). You're nails always look amazing! :) TFW
I really enjoyed this video, I'm glad I found it. I have been doing powder dip for a few months and wanted and easier change. My question is, do you have to soak off every 2 weeks or will this last longer? and How would you do a fill in? Any response would be greatly appreciated. Keep doing these tutorials!
That's an interesting way to go about growing your nails I'm growing mine as well and I'm starting work soon hopefully and will need something over my nails to keep from breaking them I'll have to save this video and do mine like this thank you for the video on growing out your nails and protecting them
The curing time will depend on the gel and lamp you are using. It usually states 30-90 seconds. 30 for an LED lamp and closer to 90 for UV. It should state on the bottle or package of the gel. Hope that helps! TFW
I'm confused lol, complete newbie here. Have worn traditional gel nails and pink and white acrylics for 20yrs. I have epilepsy now and cannot drive so I've had to give up salon trips and am now looking for natural looking nails I can do at home. Couple questions... 1. Do you "fill" with this technique or do you soak all the way off and start fresh every couple weeks? 2. Can you fix chipping or lifting and how? 3. If you do "fills" with method, can/how do you change polish color?
+Heather DeLauder 1) Nope, I soak off and redo it. It's so fast that I don't feel the need to "fill". For me it's just easier to start over. 2) I have seen people use a drop of glue to fix it but for me personally I'm worried about something growing under there so I just remove it and start over. Must safer that way. 3) You can use a non-acetone polish remover to take off the polish and switch to a new color. (if you are using regular nail polish). Hope that helps! :)
This is awesome! Do you think I could use this method as a fill in on already done acrylic nails? It would be nice to transition without soaking acrylics off.
So i can basically use any dip powder or acrylic powder......and then wondering, ..i should be able to even apply a tip with glue then after prepping, go aboutthis the same way??? I have alot of base gels to use up, and would rather that then using the resins they usually use for dip systems....please let me know, thankyou..
hello thanks for ur explanation...i want to ask u did u use the led light when u put the base or top code because form my understanding we should have led light to have a nice nial.
Just curious, is a base coat and foundation the same? Also. which do you dedicate for applying the layers, so you don't add powder in the bottle? I use the foundation, and my last coat is my top coat. :) I broke a nail so I did an acrygel overlay to help keep it strong. What happens if you don't cure completely, will that make it weaker, and easy to break? Just curious, tfs - xoxo Emmie
PrettyThingsRock I believe so, but I would have to read up more on foundation vs. base coat to know for sure (you use them the same way, so I'm guessing yes). I used the topcoat for the application but that's because I have more topcoats then base coats, lol. Either one works :) If you don't cure it completely you run the risk of developing an allergic reaction or in extreme cases the gel can actually brake down the nail plate and damage it. And yes, it would also be weaker. Hope that helps! :)
I usually just soak it off and start over. You can do a fill, you would just need to file down the gel and acrylic so that it's not to bulky at the end. Thank you for watching! :)
I don’t think it would work well with regular polish. It would just chip/flake off like regular. Gel polish with the led/uv light bonds to the nail and keeps it from flaking and chipping.
So the acrylic powder will give it thickness but only strength to a certain extent. The strength behind acrylic is when it is used with monomer, a chemical reaction happens and the powder and monomer form a substance that turns into a solid when it sets. When you mix acrylic with the gel polish, it is still going to be in a granular form… You could add salt or sugar or sand and it will have the same affect as using the acrylic powder. Using repair silk wraps or fiberglass wraps would add the strength and would probably be a better option if you have thin brittle flaky nails such as I have.
Can you do these steps using the base coat in between layers instead of the top coat or do you have to use the top? my nails grow fine but some of my nails curl when they reach a certain length...I wanted to use acrylic but want to keep it thin and this looks like a great technique!
I'm not sure why you would want to add the base coat in between coats? It would work, but the base coat is only meant to prepare the nail plate for gel not to add thickness or strength. My nails curl too, and doing this helps stop some of the curling but not all of it. I hope that helps! :) TFW
Will it damage my nails upon removal? Because i was wearing acrylic for a while and i hate how thin my nails get when i take breaks so is this protective enough to not do any damage to my nails ?
Hi, do you know if I can use the IBD Flex Translucent Powder as the acrylic? I normally use the Red Carpet Manicure System and the LED Light as well as the dehydrator, base and top coats. I like the light pink color option from IBD but I'm not sure if it'll work. Any suggestions/feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!
I rarely find tutorials that do techniques with Gel and/or Acrylic for Natural Nail Technique. I do not wear nail polish because I'm very conservative when it comes to polishes. I like wearing natural and French Manicure with a White that is pretty muted, almost like a natural looking white. For this I create my own mixture of Whites to create a Cloudy White color that makes my nails look so natural with a very pretty lite sheen or tint. I get so many people ask about it but since I mix my own, It is hard to give them a product name. I have watched all your tutorials and you know what you're doing. So with this, I wanted to request if you can make a tutorial for refilling when needed for this technique. Thank you so much. Hope to hear from you and have a great day. 🙂
She doesn't full them. She said it's so quick to do, she just soaks them off and does a new set... it would take longer to prepare them for a fill, might as well just do em new.
10-20 minutes depending how much of the gel you file off 1st.. And most brands just peel off but you might need a cuticle pusher to help push it off the gel. In the description box there is a "how to remove gel polish" video, that will explain the steps better if you are interested. Thank you again for watching :)
Can you use the gel coat that does not need to be cured. Like the sally hanssen one or any of the newer ones that have come out? Great video by the way😊
@Beanana711: so how did this process wrk for u for growth? How long did u go without falling bck in to the methods we use (gel/acrylic)? How strong were ur nails while waiting for ur length to increase?Thx!!
+Phyllis H I did this over a month but ended up clipping my nails for a review that I needed to do. The growth was good, you can see it in a hot pink and blue cheetah print nail I did. I'll link the video below for you. I go back and forth with gel/acrylic because I do so many different review and tutorials for the channel. Hope that helps, thank you for watching :) ua-cam.com/video/eeK5eHbUGto/v-deo.html
Is there a way to avoid bubbles in the acrylic? I did it and some of the nails look cloudy but I don't know what I did differently on those, if anything.
Hi there- I have a question? I just recently did this technique on my nails 2 days ago. I used the asp clear acrylic powder and a few of the nails have like a white fleck look to them, do you have any tips or ideas on what it is and how to prevent it?
Cassie Stevenson My guess is that the ASP isn't as finely milled as the one I used in the video. I would try a different brand and see if that helps. Thank you for watching! :)

Just what I was gonna say
TFW :)
Beanana711 love the vid! What nail color are you wearing at the end?
Same here!
I love this idea. It's exactly what I've been looking for to grow my natural nails. Thank you.
You're very welcome, and thank you for watching! :)
I’m a nail tech and I’ve been wanting to try something like this. I’m going to try it but with builder gel. Thank you so much for sharing.

Would this technique be better if you were to use a peel off base coat or regular base coat so that it won't damage your natural nails

Thank you for watching :)
I just (FINALLY) tried this...GAME CHANGER! I am in love with this process it's so fast and easy! thank you again!!!
Ruthye Kaplan did adding the acrylic make it harder than just the gel?
Courtney renee yes very! I'm now going the dip with glue instead which works even better

I have to try this I've been getting gel polish for awhile now but I want something a bit more sturdy. This look like an awesome technique
hi easy to follow video, love it. Can you use a gel polish that doesn't use a light? i have an essie gel polish i love can it be used?

I just got the gel nail polish for the UV light in pink white and Claire everything you have I have gotten I just need to know how to do it right 💅
Hi, are you talking about gel polish or builder gel??
awesome nice work, you just added acrylic powder on ur natural nails, my nails are small and i wanr mines to grow. Can i get this done at a salon also
I have watched your video several times (I want to make sure I do it right) but how often do you either repeat, and how do you either soap and clean the nails before you start over.
Thanks so much
I'm just now watching this video, it was very helpful. I'm going to try this asap. You're nails look great ! Thank you now I don't have to spend money going to the nail salon.
+Jazz J,
Yes, you can use any gel and you would follow the same steps. Just make sure you cure according to that gels needs. Thank you for watching! :)
(I can't reply to your comment, hopefully you'll check back and see this.)
rr
Can I do this with no wipe gel top coat?
100mg b6 vitamin daily will help your trembling....i had that problem and it was very hard to do acrylics cuz my hands trembled so much ☺ excited to try this technique!
Thanks for the tip :) TFW
Chelsea Atkinson great tip. This happens to me as well. Thanks.
Wow! This is amazing. I will definitely try this. Thank you so much! Your so talented.
Question: can you try this on nail tips?
Yes! I’ve done it with nail tips and it worked well (they were on the shorter side). Thank you for watching :)
Followed your video last night, and did this whole process. I LOVE IT. I have had everything, acrylic, gel, and this is my favorite thing to do. I just need to get more practice and not make them so thick. I also used FingerPaints B/TC. Love your videos so much!!!
Thank you so much! I'm glad it worked out for you :) TFW!
how long will this last and will it make ur nails stronger and less easier to break
Can you do a fill with this method or do you have to take everything off and start new? About how long does this take to do?
+cal cat I personally just soak it off and start over. Time will depend on your lamp prep. I think it took me about 30 min. Thank you for watching! :)
I tried this technique and it worked perfectly the first time, the result was great. I went to do it a second but my gel polish is now ruined and so is the brush. I used I another brush from an old nail polish bottle and that's ruined to. I know the acrylic powder gets transferred into the gel but have I done something wrong?
you should clean the brush before putting it back in the bottle
use a bit of rubbing alcohol or something just to get the powder off

+Grace Kelly well I bought another bottle of clear gel polish of the same brand and it did exactly the same thing. It was the gel polish I was using, so I bought a different brand of gel polish and it works 😊
I try the same thing ,to let my natural nails grow
but mine does not look so good as yours :(
I will leave them for some time with just a nails hardener.
you did a great job here
That's an interesting way to go about growing your nails I'm growing mine as well and I'm starting work soon hopefully and will need something over my nails to keep from breaking them I'll have to save this video and do mine like this thank you for the video on growing out your nails and protecting them
Hi I totally enjoyed this video but could you please tell me the curing time
The curing time will depend on the gel and lamp you are using. It usually states 30-90 seconds. 30 for an LED lamp and closer to 90 for UV. It should state on the bottle or package of the gel. Hope that helps! TFW
I was wondering. Can you do a mix of gel builder with the acrylic powder mixed together
I have alot of base gels to use up, and would rather that then using the resins they usually use for dip systems....please let me know, thankyou..
hi hon brilliant video can you use nail tips with this method
Paula Abbott nails. yes
Yes, thank you for watching :)
Loved the video. Quick question: if I want to use a nail polish instead of the top coat what can I use just to remove the nail polish and not the gel?
non acetone polish remover
Can you do this with the light less gel with that acrylic
Could you use this method with a tip and build a nail like you would with a normal dip system?
I am going to try this I love gel and fearful of acrylic. Thank you .
+happy armenta Thank you for watching! :)
Omg thank u soo much saved me a trip to salon and wats even better looks like a pro did them not bad for my first try
Awesome! I'm so glad it helped you out ^_^ TFW!!
hello thanks for ur explanation...i want to ask u did u use the led light when u put the base or top code
because form my understanding we should have led light to have a nice nial.
can you use any type of acrylic powder, or a specific type? I have gel polish/lamp and am excited to try this!
this tuto is perfect! thanks!
can i use a colored acrylic powder to do this?
Aline P. Salazar I was wondering the same
Just curious, is a base coat and foundation the same? Also. which do you dedicate for applying the layers, so you don't add powder in the bottle?
What’s a good finally milled acrylic powder so you don’t get the bumps?
Most acrylic dip powders are finally milled. Hope that helps! TFW
Would you do a fill or just remove entirely and redo? I assume a fill would make it extremely thick but I would like to know how you do it.
I usually just soak it off and start over. You can do a fill, you would just need to file down the gel and acrylic so that it's not to bulky at the end. Thank you for watching! :)
So you can use any loose acrylic powder? And do you have to use bake gel or is there some other gel you can use?
omg thank you so much for this, can i just use a regular top and bottom coat ? does it have to be done with the gel and uv lamp? 😘
Missy Loves Luxe did u ever figure it out? I’m wondering as well if it needs to be gel
I really would like to know as well
I don’t think it would work well with regular polish. It would just chip/flake off like regular. Gel polish with the led/uv light bonds to the nail and keeps it from flaking and chipping.
i'm going to try this...your nails look beautiful
Thank you for watching :)
Thank you for this video! I tried it but they peeled off - do you have any tips??
when am finish and I add the nail polish can I use a normal top coat or I HV to use the gel too coat?
+Latoya English Yes you can :) TFW
Thank you!v Where do you buy the acrylic powder? I am new at this. And why do you new to put your nails on the light?
Hi, do you know if I can use the IBD Flex Translucent Powder as the acrylic? I normally use the Red Carpet Manicure System and the LED Light as well as the dehydrator, base and top coats. I like the light pink color option from IBD but I'm not sure if it'll work. Any suggestions/feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi , My name is Janet. Thank you so much for your video.. You have a lovely way to explain the steps . thanks again .. Great Job...
She said it's so quick to do, she just soaks them off and does a new set... it would take longer to prepare them for a fill, might as well just do em new.
for how long do u leave them in the foil, sorry first timer here......and do they come off easy or is there scraping involve......plz, thank u
10-20 minutes depending how much of the gel you file off 1st.. And most brands just peel off but you might need a cuticle pusher to help push it off the gel. In the description box there is a "how to remove gel polish" video, that will explain the steps better if you are interested. Thank you again for watching :)
I have a few cracked nails is this a good way to patch them up and prevent them from breaking while they grow out
Can you use the gel coat that does not need to be cured. Like the sally hanssen one or any of the newer ones that have come out? Great video by the way😊
Awesome video, what type of led/uv light is best to use?
I am gonna try it with pink powder! Question did anyone try it, and you don't get residue in the top coat after you apply the powder?
Hi I can't find the diva D.C. Acrylic anywhere so I was wondering if I can use regular acrylic powder for it if I buff enough ?
Hey will this work with the gel polish that also has an activator it doesn't require a heat lamp? I believe it's the Broadway nails gel kit?
@Beanana711: so how did this process wrk for u for growth? How long did u go without falling bck in to the methods we use (gel/acrylic)? How strong were ur nails while waiting for ur length to increase?Thx!!
+Phyllis H I did this over a month but ended up clipping my nails for a review that I needed to do. The growth was good, you can see it in a hot pink and blue cheetah print nail I did. I'll link the video below for you. I go back and forth with gel/acrylic because I do so many different review and tutorials for the channel. Hope that helps, thank you for watching :)

Do you just soak all this off then do again or do you fill over top when it grows out?
Thanks for this! I'm doing this tonight!
Wish I could try this but I don't have the gel needed. TFS
Thank you for watching! :)
Is there a way to avoid bubbles in the acrylic? I did it and some of the nails look cloudy but I don't know what I did differently on those, if anything.
Hi there-
I have a question? I just recently did this technique on my nails 2 days ago. I used the asp clear acrylic powder and a few of the nails have like a white fleck look to them, do you have any tips or ideas on what it is and how to prevent it?
Cassie Stevenson My guess is that the ASP isn't as finely milled as the one I used in the video. I would try a different brand and see if that helps. Thank you for watching! :)
Can u use regular gel polish with no lamp
no you cannot use gel polish with no UV/LED lamp it will never dry...EVER
I’m sure you could use the Sally Hansen gel since you don’t need a lamp to let it dry
Can you use SNS powder and will that soak off?
