Even as a doctor, I sometimes feel behind in life. I look at my medical colleagues and my friends who aren't doctors and it's easy to compare myself and think that maybe I'm behind in life. Don't know if this is coming too late, but definitely a YES to the Core Values worksheet AND YES to a Core Values Workshop - both would be great! Thank you for this video. I loved the reminder that life isn't linear - this applies to so many of us at all ages :)

Yes to all your suggestions please Dr Sarah. They would be most helpful, my daughter is a very stressed, sensitive and anxious teenager who is struggling to find her path. She will be leaving high school next year and has no idea of what she wants to do or where she is heading. Whatever I say is never right or helpful in her eyes and maybe your worksheet and videos may help to guild me. She is confused and says she feels useless, it is truly heartbreaking as a parent and the feeling of helplessness. Thank you for this video, it was brilliant x

Brilliant content! I completely agree with you! I didn’t take turning 30 well, that’s because I was comparing myself to what others achieved. I def need to do work on my core values, the working sheets and content on that would be great!

@nomorekate haha good question! I had to remind myself what it even is. It's something youtube sends you an email to promote, and I suppose at some point it time I activated it. Little to no thought has gone into it 😆 I've never made any money from it. But either way, I never have an issue with creators getting paid for what they create!
