Hello (sorry for error in my English if any) I met with a motorcycle accident And my back actually slide on the road and some skin wiped away (about 4cm×4cm) wound is not that deep, When i went to hospital they gave anti biotics and some antibiotic oinment but they said dressing the wound is not needed, so the wound was left open And now after 3 days there's some yellow pigment all over the wound, is that a sign of infection?
