Living with an Incurable Disease

Fear, anxiety and uncertainty. If you live with an incurable, lifelong disease, then you may have felt this. Today I wanted to discuss what this is like, and share my feelings with having Ulcerative Colitis.

Why do you think that IBD is incurable when there are many who have recovered. They have been on remission for years. Diet along with exercise and a healthy lifestyle are the medicines. It may take a while but patience and consistency is the key. Keep fighting . A positive mindset can also accelerate healing.
