I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2009, back then I didn't even know what it was. I felt alone and I had nobody to explain to me what was happening to my body. This year i'm doing my bit to raise some awareness, tell my story, and try to help remove some of the stigma around IBD. If you are newly diagnosed you are not alone!
